Our bartender was a trainee, with a trainer who very much seemed over it. It being serving us, to be exact. Prices were a bit much too - I get that it's Vegas but this isn't a club, it's a dumpy casino bar. Good enough for a quick stop but I can't imagine going again.

I had the absolute BEST experience imaginable. I took myself out to dinner for my 40th birthday. I had the most gorgeous view by sitting in the best seat in the house! A view of Bellagio Fountains! My favorite! The food was BEYOND INCREDIBLE! I had caviar for the first time…I’ve been missing out! The lobster pasta was so tasty, perfectly spiced, and the fresh homemade noodles…to die for! Then, the dessert…. WOWZERS! I can’t remember the exact name but it should be called the Salted Caramel Deliciousness! It’s a whole experience in itself! The service…. I was completely blown away by the best service I’ve ever had to date! Mark, the manager, stopped by my table a few times just to check in and make such my night was going well. Burke gave really good recommendations on drinks and food. And Gabriel taught me how to eat caviar! I was never steered wrong. This team was TOP NOTCH! I can’t say enough about my birthday experience… Scarpetta went above and beyond to make my night amazing. I couldn’t have asked for anything more! Thank you, Scarpetta, for making my birthday extra special by spoiling me beyond my imagination! 100,000/10 recommended!

This past visit, our hosts upgraded our room to a Stay Well on the 23rd floor. It was a nice upgrade, but we did not realize until we got up there that it was an accessibility room. It's great that they have this but it didn't work for us. There were no drawers for our clothes, the closet rod was too low for h my wife's dresses, and the shower was small with a lot of gadgetry that I'm sure is very useful to those who need it. They didn't have any other rooms that day, but the next day Dustin let me surprise my wife by shifting us to a Nighthawk Suite for a very discounted rate. I waited a few hours for it to be ready but hadn't heard anything. I checked back with the front desk where Andrea got on the phone and made it happen quickly. We also got some F&B comps for our trouble. These two were both so helpful and friendly and I hope to work with either of them again on my next trip. We will definitely be back. The Nighthawk Suites are worth the upgrade. The food and entertainment options at Park are some of the best on the strip, the location is central to everything (the tram to Bellagio can get you to the upper half of the strip), and the non smoking aspect makes a huge difference. Just the best.

What can I say to sum up a perfect last night in Vegas but to spend it at the Edge for my daughters 21st birthday. Incredible service from the start. Our waiter, Raymond, was very attentive with suggestions and care of our table. Our drinks were never even close to empty. The table was kept very tidy, which I appreciated because we all enjoyed the crispy bread roll. Our Wagyu steaks were seasoned and cooked to perfection, and the portions were MORE than enough for our pallets. The side dishes were larger portions than I expected. Especially the asparagus, I’ve never seen asparagus that large this side of the Mississippi haha! I really enjoyed the roasted mushrooms as well, the cipollini onions were such a pleasant surprise flavor. Our waiter, Raymond, then surprised my daughter with a flaming crème brûlée and over the edge triple chocolate cake! She was in heaven! To top this off we got some pictures in the private Blue room! Overall to include the ambient atmosphere and wonderful service, I couldn’t have asked for more. Five stars all the way! Also, call for reservations, the app will say they’re booked up!

Average food. Below average service. The food was good but not extraordinary given the price paid; it was average Chinese food that could easily be found in a strip mall restaurant for a quarter of the price. The waitstaff were excellent order takers but not servers. Let me clarify, they brought everything requested accurately however didn't make recommendations or in any way try to make the experience unique. Additionally, our server was friendly but not attentive. We had to flag him down to order another drink; when he came to the table he took my drink order but failed to look around the table and ask if others would like a drink refill as well--basic service standards that were missed. The restaurant also missed out on revenue from another round of drinks! There is a noodle making ceremony that was a nice touch but you could tell the chef was sort of dialing it in...not a lot of energy behind the performance. My advice is skip Mr. Chow. It's overpriced and overrated.

Their spaghetti carbonara is per the original recipe - No cream sauce!!! It was very good. My wife had shrimp and scallops and she really liked it. We sat in the "outside" section and with the fake lemon trees it felt like we were dining outside.

For an older hotel, they maintain it well! It was clean, and they seem to do the majority of the maintenance early in the morning when people are passed out. For the price, I will definitely return. You also get tickets to Stadium Swim at Circa.

Love Vegas and finding Brew Dog was a treat. Excellent service and selection. It was very quiet, but glad we stopped in. The food was really good as was the cold beer.
