What I Disliked
The server at Gustav's Bar was quite impolite, attempting to belittle us for using the "$20 drink credit" we earned from joining Caesar's rewards program according to its stated terms. Our plan was to enjoy a premium cocktail and cover any extra cost with a generous tip. Unfortunately, the server insisted in a discourteous manner that the credit could only be applied to a well drink or draft beer. This experience aligns with what we've come to expect at Caesar's properties, and we'll definitely choose MGM locations in the future.
