Absolutely fantastic food at Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar in Las Vegas. I always make sure to get their famous burger every time I visit Vegas - it never disappoints with its high quality and delicious flavor. This time, I also tried the bloody mary with extra bacon and it was amazing! The appetizers were definitely a highlight for me. 😋

We dined at Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar before heading to the Beatles Love show at the Mirage. Despite it being a Saturday night, the restaurant wasn't too crowded. We were promptly seated on the patio and our server was friendly and attentive. Our food arrived quickly, with me ordering the bacon mac n cheese burger and my dining companion opting for the Italian deli chopped salad. Both dishes were fantastic, with the burger being served piping hot. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we will definitely return next time we visit Vegas.

Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar in Las Vegas has a fun and cool vibe, but that's where the positives end for me. I ordered the Trashcan Nachos and was very disappointed. The dish was supposed to come with a variety of toppings like tortilla chips, house-smoked pork, melted cheese, black beans, fresh jalapenos, sour cream, pickled red onions, cilantro, pico de gallo, and Guy's bourbon brown sugar BBQ sauce, which sounded promising. However, I found the nachos to be very heavy on the black beans, making it seem like they were skimping on the other ingredients. The chicken in the dish tasted old and gamey, and overall, the nachos were quite basic despite the description. Aside from the mediocre food, the service was non-existent. Throughout my meal, no one stopped by to check on me or see if I needed anything else. Despite there being multiple employees around, I had to flag someone down to even get my check. The lack of attentiveness from the staff was a major letdown. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to return and try other items from the menu.

The food at Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar deserves 4 stars. The presentation was excellent, service was top-notch, and their attention to detail is worth 5 stars. We had a great view and enjoyed the nightlife while sitting outside. We tried 3 sandwiches and the salmon, with the poppers as a delicious starter. The sandwiches - Motley pulled pork, world famous mac n cheese bacon burger, and the Ringer - were all fantastic. It's a great spot if you're in the area looking for a good meal. Be prepared to spend a bit more than usual, as the dishes can add up quickly, but it's worth it for the experience. Expect to pay around $30 to $40 per person.

Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar definitely knows a thing or two about serving up huge portions. The Cajun pasta was so large that I had to share it with two others. The burger was moist, flavorful, and had juicy meat that was just perfect. The wings were incredible, with a sauce that was spot on. The pulled pork meal took a whopping 47 minutes to finish, including the sandwich, fries, and coleslaw. However, the onion strings were a bit disappointing - they were dry, too hard, and overly spicy. Our server was laidback and got our order right, although he wasn't much of a talker. The food may be a bit pricey, but it's definitely worth it for the delicious experience!

Guy Fieri's Vegas Kitchen & Bar is a fantastic dining spot. The staff is friendly and attentive, keeping our drinks filled and ensuring we had a great experience. The garbage can nachos were delicious, and the burger was good, although it had a lot of toppings. I decided to go with the mac and cheeseburger in the end, and it was definitely worth it! I highly recommend giving it a try.
