Speedy6Jet left a 5 star review for Avenue Cafe

Avenue Cafe in Las Vegas might be a bit pricey, but the dishes are absolutely delicious. They only serve breakfast and lunch, closing at 2pm. The Turkey Club +eggs is a must-try - it's massive and one of the best Clubs I've ever had. Highly recommend!

Speedy6Jet left a 1 star review for Mega Bar

I was really disappointed with Mega Bar. It's a very long bar with TVs and gaming, but it seems like there's only one bartender working. It took forever to get a drink after sitting down. I found it to be a gimmicky waste of time. You can find better, faster service with lower prices and a better selection elsewhere on Fremont Street.

Speedy6Jet left a 3 star review for Pool Complex at Resorts World

Pool Complex at Resorts World - A Review Our recent visit to the Pool Complex at Resorts World was a bit of a mixed bag. We enjoyed the calm atmosphere due to the low number of visitors, and found the furniture and overall design of the area to be quite pleasing. The service staff were friendly and attentive, although we did find that the service itself was a bit slow. The prices for drinks were on the higher side, and we felt that the quality did not quite match up to the cost. While the infinity pool was a nice feature, the view left something to be desired. Instead of a stunning backdrop, we were met with construction sites and a less-than-stellar sight. In conclusion, the Pool Complex at Resorts World was not as impressive as we had hoped. However, for those willing to splurge, it could still be worth a visit.

Speedy6Jet left a 3 star review for TENDER steak and seafood Restaurant

2024-04-02 22:13:01

Apr 2, 2024 at 10:13pm

I had difficulty securing a reservation at TENDER steak and seafood for several days, as no one returned my calls. Eventually, I was able to make a reservation for Friday evening through an employee at the front desk. We were seated promptly at 5:30 in a room with only three other tables, despite the restaurant having multiple dining areas. For appetizers, I ordered the crabcake and my companion ordered the lobster soup. The lobster soup was disappointing, resembling Campbell's cream of tomato soup with a minimal amount of lobster. The crabcake was decent, though the pickled vegetables did not add much flavor. We opted for the bone-in Tommy Hawk steak, which was cooked properly but contained a significant amount of gristle. The steak came with three sauces that complemented it well. The lobster Mac was dry and lacking in flavor, while the cheese grits were excellent. For dessert, we shared a delicious huckleberry cheesecake. The service was good, but the restaurant was mostly empty during our visit. Our bill came to $390 for two people. The decor had an old-fashioned charm with beautiful woodwork and burgundy tones. Overall, while the experience was decent, there were areas that could be improved, such as the quality of the food and responsiveness to customer inquiries.
