Visiting the Casino Bar at Palace Station offers a memorable and distinctive adventure. The staff provides top-notch service, always welcoming and attentive. While the rooms are average and come with limited amenities, they are adequate for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is steeped in history, and it attracts a local crowd, infusing the atmosphere with plenty of local culture. It's a worthwhile experience that should be tried at least once.

I had read the negative reviews about being assigned a smoking room on Hotel Tonight, so before making a reservation, I contacted the hotel to request a non-smoking room due to medical reasons. I was informed that only one floor allows smoking and that the hotel was only one-third full, so the chances of getting a smoking room were slim. The staff advised me to book through Hotel Tonight and then call back to ensure a medical request for a non-smoking room was noted. Upon check-in, despite the medical request, I was assigned a smoking room. When I mentioned my earlier call and the assurances I received, I was told that a non-smoking room could be available for an extra charge. So, essentially, even though there were non-smoking rooms available, I ended up with a smoking room because I chose the basic rate. Due to medical needs, I had to pay the additional fee. Additionally, the room lacked a mini fridge, and obtaining one required another extra charge unless you booked an "executive room." The cleanliness was also subpar; there was a questionable stain on the throw and a fake eyelash on one of the beds. Overall, I would not recommend booking at this casino if you want to avoid these issues. There are definitely better options available.

Fantastic stay. The place was clean and quiet, even on a weekend when they were fully booked. The pool was nice, updated, and more family-oriented. At just a $12 Uber ride to the Strip, it's totally worth it for the peace and quiet at a great price. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Vegas.

Excellent spot to stay away from the chaos of the strip. The Casino Bar at Palace Station offers top-notch amenities and convenience all in one place. The on-site restaurants are fantastic and the gambling experience is definitely above average. Witnessing others hit the jackpot adds to the excitement. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Casino Bar at Palace Station is a very nice place. I initially booked it as a budget option away from the strip, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms. They were neat and clean, with a great shower and comfortable bed. The location was also convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The food at Casino Bar at Palace Station is consistently delicious, although the wait time can be a bit long. However, this adds to the overall experience. The Gulf oysters are fresh and the palace pan roast is a must-try. It also seems like Palace Station has done some remodeling since my last visit to the oyster bar.
