I've visited several spas, and The Spa at Encore may not be the biggest, but it's truly fantastic. I felt completely relaxed and the showers were luxurious. I highly recommend getting a day pass here. I didn't have time for a massage, so I can't speak to that, but everyone I saw coming out of the spa looked rejuvenated and refreshed.
The MGM Grand in Las Vegas is a beautiful and impeccably clean hotel. The rooms are extremely comfortable and well-maintained, with no overwhelming scents of cleaners. Balcony rooms with views of the Vegas strip are truly amazing. Guests can use a tram to easily access other MGM properties along the strip. Although the lobby may not be as glamorous as some other hotels on the strip, it is less crowded and noisy, which many guests appreciate. The hotel also has great security measures in place. One thing to consider is the distance between the hotel and the casino - it can be a long walk through several hallways to reach the casino entrance. Overall, the MGM Grand offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Las Vegas.
Visited Foundation Room with a group of 7 and had a fantastic dining experience. It was definitely the best we had while in Vegas. The amazing food and stunning view were standout features, but Candice's top-notch service really elevated our experience. Will absolutely be returning on future trips.
The check-in process at New York New York Pool was disappointing. Despite reserving and paying for a room well in advance, upon arrival, I was informed that there were no clean rooms available. Promised a text when a room was ready, I waited until 7pm without any communication. The bell hop who held our luggage was rude and made passive-aggressive comments about tipping. This experience left a bitter taste, and I decided not to tip anyone further during my stay. It is frustrating to book and pay for a room months in advance only to encounter such issues upon arrival. The lack of preparedness and professionalism displayed by the staff was unacceptable. I do not appreciate feeling pressured to tip for subpar service. Overall, I cannot recommend New York New York Pool based on this experience. It was meant to be a special occasion for my 30th wedding anniversary, but it was marred by incompetence and lack of customer care. I will not be returning in the future and suggest looking elsewhere for accommodations.
Located within the South Point Hotel in Las Vegas, Big Sur Oyster Bar offers a variety of fresh oysters at a reasonable price. Guests staying at the hotel can benefit from coupons for a free bowl of clam chowder. Popular menu items include seafood diavolo and pan roasts, with the option to add lobster for an extra treat. Reservations are not accepted, so be prepared to wait at the entrance until your table is ready. Once you're on the waitlist, you'll receive a text message when it's your turn to be seated.
Recently dined at SW Steakhouse for a special occasion and was thrilled with the experience. Our table had a fantastic view of the Lake of Dreams and its shows, which occurred every half an hour. The food was outstanding, with generous portion sizes for the side dishes. The service was top-notch, and while the prices were on the higher side, the quality matched the cost. The show and atmosphere added to the overall value of the meal. Knowing the prices beforehand, it was well worth it for a special treat and I would definitely return in the future.
Battlefield Vegas was an amazing experience! They offer a wide selection of guns and packages to choose from, making it perfect for all levels of shooters. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing hearing and eye protection before heading to the gun range. My group had a blast and could not stop raving about the thrill of firing off rounds on a fully automatic rifle. The hummer pick-up service was a must for us, adding to the excitement of being driven around Vegas in style. I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an unforgettable time in Las Vegas.
L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Las Vegas is a fantastic Michelin star restaurant with a reasonably priced tasting menu that is a must-try. The flavors and pairing of their dishes are exceptional, and the staff is very hospitable. You'll definitely leave feeling satisfied. The dishes are expertly cooked and presented beautifully. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special dinner outing.
The atmosphere at Gilley's BBQ is fantastic. The dance floor is spacious and there is plenty of room to move around. They even have bull riding if you're feeling adventurous. The food is a bit expensive, but that's to be expected in Vegas. Despite the prices, the food is delicious. Service can be slow on busy nights, so be patient. The live bands they bring in are top-notch. Can't wait to go back again soon!
When it comes to convention venues, Mandalay Bay is top-notch. The rooms offer great value for their prime location, and the convention facilities are impressive. The meals are consistently decent, and there are plenty of areas to relax or work in between events. Navigation around the hotel is quick and easy. The food court options may not be the best, but their upscale restaurant choices are better than most. While their coffee service may not be as good as the Wynn, it still beats out many others.
An absolute haven for car lovers! I appreciated the fact that admission to the museum was complimentary, and that they provided options for both self-guided and guided tours. The exhibits were all remarkable and it was a unique experience to get a peek into the Shelby workshop. Additionally, the gift shop had a great selection of really cool merchandise to browse through.
