My first brewery inside a mall (or casino mall for that matter). Now I wish every mall had a brewery - maybe they wouldn't all be closing if they had one. The place itself is very nice - nice large horseshoe shaped bar, tons of tables, well decorated. Overall, the place was pretty spotless. Beyond beer, they have a full bar and a full food menu. Four stars was based on the quality of the beer, which was solid, but not spectacular. My favorite beer was their Barley Wine- Hibernation Station. Made it to Eagle and Showroom Ready were solid as well. Definitely worth a visit when you're in the Venetian or anytime you need to escape the heat.

One of very few brewpubs on the LV strip but I found it hard to find as it’s in the shopping mall between the Venetian and Palazzo hotels - called the Grand Canal Shops. You will have a much easier time finding it if you enter the Palazzo main entrance on LV Blvd - from there just head straight- up the escalator to the 2nd level, keep walking straight for about 100 yds then to your right. The beers were pretty good, food looks good, nice venue and friendly staff but typical high LV prices.

The beer was honestly terrible. The only sample I could get close to finishing was the Hefe. The session saisonwas bitter, it almost tasted like the keg has been skunked. The oatmeal Stout was also too bitter. Not smooth at all like a scout should be and the flavor was just very harsh. The wild berry ale was sour which I normally like, but this had a flavor that was literally just disgusting and also tasted like The keg was skunked. I have a picture of before and then after to show you how much of each thing I actually was able to choke down to make sure that I gave it a fair review.

These guys really stepped up when my previous dinner reservation for 70 people fell through. Ana and her team were very responsive and worked a last minute miracle by accommodating my team event. The service was excellent, the food portions were great and of course the beer was delicious. I highly recommend Trustworthy Brewing Co for your next meal, or your next event, they will not disappoint!

A nice, comfortable brewery located at the Venetian. Tucked away in the shops it was pretty low key during happy hour when I visited. All their drafts were a couple dollars off during happy hour and the Trustworthy (West Coast) IPA was pretty tasty. I didn't have any food but the menu and food that came out looked tasty and portions sizable. They have a load of options including many appetizers good for a group. You'll have to be a very picky eater to not find something to enjoy here. Good, quiet spot to unwind. I'll return for sure.
