Tao is a beautiful experience with a dark but upbeat vibe. The food is fresh, plated with care and perfectly spiced not overtly so. I had the pleasure of dining at the sushi bar and got to see the care taken in preparing the stunning sushi dishes. This was mesmerizing to watch. There was both beauty and art in the food. I also met and had a wonderful conversation with another person seated next to me at that sushi bar. My server Justin recommended excellent choices in all categories. My dinner was the best I had in Vegas this trip. Note the wait was long despite having a reservation but luckily since I was dining solo I hot to have the sushi bar seating. I recommend highly but if going on a Saturday night expect high volume in sound and people. I enjoyed sea bass, lobster dumplings and sweet and spicy cauliflower.

Solid ciopinno. Solid angel hair pasta. Decent pizza. Literally the best branzino I've ever had in my life. I've tried dozens of other places and none came close. The thing is that branzino is very tender and mild, and so the sauce needs to compliment it perfectly without overwhelming the flavor. Casanova does a mild light tomato sauce with onions, caper, olives, and lemon that perfectly accentuate the fish's mild flavor with some sour flavors. The flavors work perfectly together. I don't even like olives and capers, but this combination just cannot be beat. The potatoes are a good compliment to fill you up, and the seasoning is nice. The quality of the potatoes seems to be lower since I first came, as they're a bit dry now. It's a little pricey for a food court restaurant at $40+, but I get it every time. Must try the branzino!!!

Visited Nunzios on Friday the 10th at around 11am, I was greeted by a young lady told her I did not eat meat what would she recommend she said she loved the veggie pizza and pointed to it being displayed in the window the pizza looked great and fresh, I ordered the whole 20inches she was nice enough to offer me the pizza from the window seeing as they just opened and I wouldn't have to wait the 20 minutes it took to make me another. She brought the pizza to my table she was friendly and made me laugh which was very nice! I also got a chance to meet the gentleman that makes the pizza he was pretty cool...all and all I had a very good experience the food and service was great and I would definitely return when I come back to Vegas...Thanks Nunzios

Absolutely incredible experience and worth every penny. I came to Vegas specifically for this and to do the sky combat package. I added on the advanced acrobatics as well as the video package which although not cheap was certainly worth it. Even the flight out to the training ground was great and the engaging in 4 dogfights plus all the acrobatics maneuvers made for an incredible experience. I asked about doing some negative G moves as well as was able to do an outside roll and hammerhead from upside down. The high G move is also no joke and takes a lot to stay conscious at 7.8Gs. Definitely a must visit for anyone interested in acrobatics while in Vegas
