Dimmare's Martinis & Magic at Las Vegas is a must-see show that captures the essence of Old Vegas. The entertainment provided by James is truly captivating and will keep you thoroughly entertained. Make sure to add this to your list of must-see performances during your time in Vegas.
My recent visit to Lucille's BBQ at Red Rock Casino was nothing short of fantastic. Our server, Anthony, provided top-notch service and ensured we had everything we needed during our meal. The menu offered a great selection of delicious barbecue options. The only slight drawback was that the restaurant was a bit chilly, but it didn't detract from the overall dining experience. I highly recommend Lucille's for its mouthwatering dishes and exceptional service.
If you're a fan of Absinthe, you'll definitely want to check out Atomic Saloon Show in Las Vegas! The show offers a unique experience with great acrobatic acts, a hilarious saloon owner, and an intimate theater where there truly isn't a bad seat on the floor. Despite some complaints about the show being hard to find and the cost of drinks, I didn't find these issues to be a problem. After all, you're in Vegas and on the strip, so prices are to be expected. I recommend splurging on a booth if you can, as they offer a more comfortable experience with bottle service included. The Pew seats also provide a great view of the show. Overall, Atomic Saloon Show is definitely worth checking out, especially if you're a fan of Absinthe!
My experience at Remix Lounge was disappointing. After a long day at the casino and retail stores, I simply wanted a cup of water. However, the bartender insisted on seeing my physical ID, even though I had left it in my room. I tried showing him my ID from my travel app, which is used for COVID and airport screening, but he still refused. When I asked about a water fountain to refill my bottle, he rudely shooed me away. It was incredibly frustrating to have more trouble verifying my identity for water than passing airport security.
Cafe Belle Madeleine in Las Vegas is a 24-hour establishment conveniently located near one of the hotel towers. Prices are on the higher side, as expected in a casino setting. However, the main issues here are the understaffing and inconsistency. Depending on the time of your visit, you may experience long wait times of over 30 minutes for your order. Additionally, the service can be inconsistent - for example, the preparation of a simple iced coffee can vary from visit to visit. Despite the limited indoor seating options, there are other dining choices both within and outside of the Paris hotel.
The food at Grotto Italian Ristorante is simply delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. The hostess was lovely and welcoming. My only disappointment was with the wait staff, who seemed a bit inattentive. After taking our order, they didn't check on us again throughout the meal.

Sahara Las Vegas is located at the end of the Las Vegas strip and offers nice, clean rooms. The staff is polite, and the casino area is enjoyable. While not as large as some of the central resorts on the strip, it has its own charm. However, there is a mandatory $50 per night resort fee that includes access to amenities like the pool and gym, as well as room service gratuities. I feel that this fee should be optional, as many guests, like myself, may not use these amenities daily. When I tried to get a refund for the nights I didn't use these services, I only received half of what I paid. This policy doesn't seem fair to me, and I believe the hotel should ask guests if they plan to use these amenities and adjust the fee accordingly. As a result of this experience, I may look into other hotels for my next visit to Las Vegas. If not for the resort fee issue, I would have given Sahara at least a 4-star rating.
