While we didn't lodge at this resort, choosing instead to stay at a stunning 5-star timeshare, we took the opportunity to visit Red Rock for its casinos. The venue is incredibly impressive—sparkling with beautiful crystals, everything seemed pristine and opulent with a modern touch. Among all the casinos we explored over our five-day stay in Vegas, this one stood out as the most immaculate and luxurious, both of which are major priorities for me. I'm known for being difficult to impress, always spotting flaws, but here, I found nothing to criticize. Most importantly, my relatives thoroughly enjoyed their time. Kudos to Red Rock Casinos for a fantastic experience! *(As a side note, I'm a little regretful I didn't explore the bingo hall—sounds like it could've been a highlight!)*

Visiting Red Rock in Las Vegas for the first time was an impressive experience. The scenery around the parking area, filled with palm trees, is simply stunning! The resort itself is vast and features a central hub of slot machines encircled by various restaurants and eateries. Inside, you'll also find a movie theater and plenty of open areas for relaxation. Although we didn't stay overnight, the place resembles a bustling entertainment mall, perfect for those who love to enjoy drinks, play bingo, and have a good time. Yes, there's a bingo section! 😀 The casino and slot machine area does get a bit smoky, but it's manageable. There are plenty of restrooms for convenience. I noticed several popular spots, including Starbucks, a steakhouse, a donut shop, a Japanese restaurant, and a bar and grill. Located away from the main Las Vegas Strip, Red Rock is a fantastic destination to explore if you're nearby. I strongly suggest adding it to your must-visit list! 👌

Not quite a 5-star experience... I'm giving this place 3 stars instead of 1 because they did refund the resort fee, but my experience was far from satisfactory. 1. The check-in time is 3 PM, yet the pools close at 4 PM, and with an 11 AM checkout and pools opening at 10 AM, that leaves less than an hour to enjoy them if you're just staying one night. I was asked to leave the water just 15 minutes after getting in. Plus, when the pools open at 10 AM, only the shaded ones are available; the sunny side opens at noon, just when the other side gets sunny. It's baffling to have such costly amenities without accessible hours. 2. The spa was fully booked, likely because the pool closes so early, prompting everyone to flock to the same place. Spa access can only be booked on the day. 3. The staff came across as neither kind nor understanding, sticking strictly to policy with remarks like, "that's my job, I don't make the rules." 4. The rooms are decent but fall short of what one might expect from a 5-star hotel. 5. The pool elevator has a tendency to leave you stuck at the bottom for some reason. 6. I have a nice vehicle and wanted to park it upfront, but was told by valet they don’t accommodate those kinds of vehicles there.

I've been visiting Red Rock in Las Vegas for many years and it never disappoints. The staff is exceptional, always providing service with genuinely happy smiles. T-Bones Steakhouse stands out as a favorite dining spot, and the gaming floor offers a beautiful array of entertaining machines. Lucky Penny is perfect for breakfast, serving fresh hot coffee and delicious food. The rooms are clean, quiet, and have comfortable beds. Highly recommend a visit for a great experience.

I visited Red Rock in Las Vegas on New Year’s Eve 2024 for the first time and was thoroughly impressed. The casino is immaculately clean, boasting elegant high-end finishes. There is a vast selection of table games and slot machines to choose from. Beyond the typical casino offerings, you can also enjoy activities like bowling or catching a movie at the multi-screen cinema. The dining options are excellent, with choices ranging from a food court area to sit-down restaurants and even a brewpub. This is undoubtedly the best off-strip casino I've experienced.

The accommodation left much to be desired, with cleanliness issues apparent as the bottoms of feet would get dirty after a shower. There was an unexpected $25 fee to remove snacks and drinks from the room, which was necessary to prevent any access. Additionally, there was a charge for a refrigerator to store food, a service typically complimentary at other hotels. The walls were quite thin, allowing for disturbances from neighboring rooms. While the air conditioning did eventually cool the room, it took some time to do so. The ventilation in the casino was inadequate, leading to a headache while simply walking to the car, which was unusual compared to experiences at other hotels. On a positive note, the area felt safe and offered a nice selection of food with prompt service. The hotel provided a variety of activities, including a game center, child care center, bingo, a pool, and bowling. The room was also spacious for the price compared to other hotels. In summary, although not the worst hotel experience, it was disappointing. It seemed more focused on extracting every penny rather than ensuring an enjoyable vacation.
