Best Western Plus Casino Royale

I have been a frequent visitor to this hotel for years and unfortunately, have had the same experience with the bartender. Despite my loyalty and regular visits, he has never recognized me. This has definitely impacted my overall experience at the hotel. While I love staying here, I have to deduct 2 stars solely because of this issue with the bartender. It's a shame that this one individual has soured my experience at an otherwise great hotel.

This review is for the Best Western Plus Casino Royale in Las Vegas. We find the bar at this hotel to be one of the best in all of Vegas. It has a neighborhood dive bar vibe but is located right on the strip. There is great people-watching and a fantastic selection of beer. The staff is friendly and the service is usually pretty good. Unfortunately, the bar will be torn down soon, but we hope they can maintain the magic of this place and not get too fancy. The bartender is a lot of fun and remember to tip well, as it goes a long way in Vegas. We look forward to many more visits until the last day.

People, these 5/5 reviews are no joke. Saw the 3$ beer sign and popped in. I play slots and wasn't expecting to spend 3.5 hours there but my money lasted. Greg explained the rewards and u get 20$ after your first 20 spent. Staff was fast and friendly and we came back next day and the same thing. not a fluke try this place if you get a chance. Plan to come back and spend more time there on the next Vegas trip. Get a reward card!!! Friend had a room and he said the value was awesome for the location.

I paid around $110/night for my room. Good walkable location to everything on the strip. The front desk was often unattended so plan extra time if you need your key rekeyed or help with an Uber request (the pickup location is not well-marked in the back of the building). I needed directions to pick up my Uber and the male, blue shirt manager (perhaps) told me to stand in line--I missed my ride and ended up with a cancellation charge. So if you expect excellent customer service, book elsewhere.
