We've experienced stays at other Best Western locations in cities like NYC and Calgary, but unfortunately, this one doesn't measure up. The hotel has an outdated feel and lacks cleanliness. There was a noticeable odor in the hallways and room, and the bathroom wasn't thoroughly clean, with stains seen on the toilet seat lid. A major renovation is clearly needed throughout the property. Additionally, turning on the bathroom faucet released an unpleasant sewage smell. On a positive note, the bed was clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly. Daily housekeeping service was provided, which was appreciated. Overall, if your budget allows, it might be better to choose a different hotel. This Best Western doesn't deliver the comfort or coziness one might expect.

While we didn't stay at the hotel, we spent plenty of time enjoying the games at this casino. It’s small with a vintage vibe, but very clean, and the waitresses were truly exceptional. There's a spot in the back serving $3.49 footlong hot dogs that are both hot and delicious—a fantastic deal. We returned several times to enjoy both the games and the hot dogs.

Visiting Las Vegas for the first time was a fantastic experience, and I was thoroughly impressed with Best Western Plus Casino Royale. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Initially, the plan was to stay for three nights, but we extended our stay to a whole week. The manager generously offered us a $125 certificate for dining at Outback, which was a delightful surprise. This hotel was perfect for our needs, situated right in the heart of all the action. I highly recommend it, especially since there are no resort fees—a major plus! Additionally, we had a small trailer with us, and the security team was excellent, providing us with a special parking spot and cones to ensure our vehicles were safe.

During my first visit to Las Vegas, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus Casino Royale. While the hotel only offers one somewhat inconvenient exit to the strip, the friendly and accommodating staff, spotless rooms, secure parking, and proximity to all the excitement more than made up for it. I have to highlight the pillows – they are absolutely amazing! Not overly firm or suffocating, but wonderfully soft and supportive, like resting your head on a cloud. I wish I had them at home! Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

We love this location and recently stayed for 6 nights. This small hotel is nestled between larger hotels but offers a tranquil experience; we couldn’t hear the noise from the strip from either our room or the pool area. It's clean, well-maintained, and very pleasant. While it’s not overly fancy, it boasts a prime location close to shopping and dining options. A big thank you to Thomas and the staff for making our anniversary wonderful. We look forward to returning in the future!

The location of this hotel is excellent, offering a surprisingly quiet atmosphere despite being situated on the strip. The front desk staff was very friendly and even recommended the same-day ticket booth right outside the casino. However, the room was somewhat disappointing. While it was clean, it didn't quite live up to the price we paid, particularly regarding the air conditioning. The temperature never dropped below 69 degrees, often hovering around 71 to 72 degrees, which made for rather uncomfortable nights given the heat. Overall, the stay was good, but the AC issue was a letdown during such a hot weekend, especially considering the cost of the room.
