Outstanding customer service at Las Vegas National Golf Club! The course manager, JOE, provided excellent care for us and even shared interesting facts about the course's history. This is the oldest course in Vegas, yet it is impeccably maintained. Additionally, JOE's son went the extra mile by helping to retrieve a lost phone from a taxi, checking security cameras, contacting the taxi, and arranging for the phone to be returned. Impressive service all around!

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Casino Royale for one night and had a great experience. Despite reading mixed reviews, we found the room to be clean and comfortable. The best part was the hotel's prime location, right in the heart of Vegas. We appreciated the security presence on the property and the friendly staff who greeted us throughout our stay. Overall, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and are looking forward to returning for our next trip.
