Visited Maxie's for breakfast and it was a must-try for anyone who loves Eggs Benedict. The pictures don't do justice to the amazing flavors - the bread was hollow and stuffed to perfection. I opted for the waffle stack, but next time I'll definitely try the chicken and waffles. The only downside was that the potatoes seemed frozen and deep-fried, I wish they were freshly cut. Overall, I left feeling full and ready to start a day of sightseeing in Las Vegas. Highly recommend Maxie's for a delicious breakfast!

Salt & Ivy in Las Vegas is truly first class in every way. I recently went for a birthday brunch with family and the experience exceeded all expectations. We are accustomed to top-notch service at Aria, but Salt & Ivy took it to the next level. They provided blankets on a chilly morning, positioned the gas heaters perfectly, and even surprised us with a birthday cake and celebration led by our waiter and his team. The food was exceptional. The steak and eggs were cooked perfectly, the pancakes were light and fluffy, and the avocado toast was even better than expected. This is definitely one of the best brunch spots we've been to, both locally and during our travels. Even if we're not staying at Aria, we will make sure to visit Salt & Ivy every time we're in Vegas. A valuable tip is to make a reservation through the Yelp app to save time.
