I've been to many slot bars at Vegas, and each time I was treated nicely. However, I felt very embarrassed when I sat on the Lift Bar (and Gem Bar at the other side of Aria Casino) today. The bartender told me to keep playing and spend all my money I put in the slot if I were to receive a comp drink. I was surprised that the bartenders at Aria FORCED US TO GAMBLE AGGRESSIVELY AND SPEND ALL MONEY put into the slot. They told me that the hotel watches the bar through cameras and the bartenders get trouble if a comp drink is served to guests who does not GAMBLE ENOUGH! I know the rule-- every time I visit a slot bar, not just ones at Aria, I try to gamble at least $20 because I get a comp drink. I mean, I have my own right to stop at any point where I don't feel like gambling 😕 Please do not treat your valuable guests like this. No other hotels do this. I love Aria, but the service at Lift Bar and Gem Bar are just too far below the average, and I try my best to avoid them.
Love the Lounge! Excellent drink specials! Great staff! MOST IMPORTANTLY Queens and Cocktails was one of the best shows I have ever seen! Fresh, hip, and SO much fun! Plus there is a Drag Queen DJ!!!! Every Friday and every Saturday at 8 pm with NO cover!!!
Soul Food and Asian Food are tied as my favorite foods. Din Tai Fung is a place that I go when I need some AMAZING Asian Food! The Din Tai Fung in the Aria is a spectacle! This establishment is marvelous! It’s large and spacious, it’s beautiful designed and decorated, yet it is still elegant and classy! We had the pleasure of dining with Beth! She took great care of us and made us feel so welcomed and at home. The food we ate was nothing short of delectable!!! This place is the place to go for some absolutely delicious dim sum! You will not be disappointed!!!
First time here! I was expecting less about this place but to my surprise the location is not that ghetto, i felt safe the entire time. The parking was guarded by a roaming security guard. As you enter, you’ll be able to walk straight to the theater unlike other locations where you have to go through the casion. The theater is clean and less crowded. I wish they have those seated manual recliners although the seats can be reclined a little but won’t have a leg lift. Overall, i like this location and will definitely come back if my main theater is booked.
We had a great time at The Cromwell casino in Las Vegas. I love the decor and the vibe of the place. It is elegant and cozy, with a touch of vintage charm. The casino is also in a great location for a short getaway from the busyness of the Strip. It is close enough to walk to many attractions, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. I have not stayed at the hotel yet, but I would love to try it someday. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxing and fun. I highly recommend The Cromwell casino to anyone looking for a classy and comfortable place in Vegas.
One of the very few place that u can get an actual brioche cake ,,, good experience
Only go here if you're ready to be screamed at and annoyed with yelling and trash talk. You are asked if the trash talk is ok when you are being seated. Your rude waiter comes up and write something on a paper hat and places it on your head. It's funny for a while but it can get a little annoying because they try to keep the atmosphere going with loud talking and yelling. The nachos were really good. We ate on them and weren't really hungry when our food came. I ate my wings there and the ribs the next day and they were good. My friend had the burger but can't fairly rate it because he didn't eat it until the next day. Beware kids are included in the show if you give them the go ahead. My only complaint is the adult beverage that we had. It cost like $42 and it was for 2 people and it was straight juice. There was not any alcohol in this drink. When we told the waitress she kept the funny wise guy act going but it wasn't cool. So I do not recommend the drink that had punch in the name, you will be disappointed and your complaint won't be taken serious. Also, they don't have water like most restaurants unless you buy a bottle and the silverware is dirty. This was cool to experience...why not you're in Vegas just don't get that drink or use the utensils they give you.
What a pleasant surprise this casino hotel was. Good value for the price and you can smell the nostalgia in the rooms. In a good way. Will be great when the baseball field is across the street. I wouldn't have recommended this place before but after staying here would definitely do it again. Family friendly!
Awesome spot for a late night dinner. The graveyard special for steak and eggs (21+) is so worth it. The food is really good for the prices and you can even replace the hash browns for fries. I personally don't like their hash browns...it used to be better but now they taste weird. However, the only downside is that there is often a line to get in, but that is to be expected. Wait is often around 20-45 minutes.
I really enjoy going to the Santa Fe Station Cinemark theater. The staff is always courteous and professional. The theater is always clean and the refreshments are plentiful. We went to see the Barbie movie and enjoyed our time at the theater very much.
Yes I just walked out of the Village Pub from dinner and saw a 2 for 1 Thursday pizza deal at Metro Pizza so of course I got a couple slices. Great brick oven, thin crust style pizzas and they have other things as well on the menu.
One of the nicest and versatile golf resorts in Las Vegas area. It is quite a bit away from center Vegas, downtown or the airport, but is worth the 30 minute drive. With 3 WELL maintained and thought-out courses and 2 driving ranges with chipping and putting you can't go wrong. Courses are green even in the winter, no yellow to be seen. Water is clear and clean no fungus or mold odors. Courses aren't really for beginners and will surely slow down the course. However, if you are athletic and willing to drop balls and not hunt them give it a go. Just be sure to practice your driver before coming, you will need the distance shots. Course cart service is constant. Club restaurant has good choices. Nice open and large room with a bar. Modifications aren't met with disgust or frustration. Overall very friendly and helpful inside and on courses. 👍🏼🏌️♂️⛳
Food was delicious! Everything was made fresh to order. We shared for 2 people the baked clams, Caesar salad, veal parmigiana, spicy rigatoni, and chocolate cake. Portions are great for sharing and all delicious! I will say it was a very expensive place to be, even for Vegas! We had the above plus 2 drinks and 2 glasses of wine each. With 20% gratuity it was just over $500! But, the place is iconic and glad we went! Would go again, but know what to expect!
My recent visit to Ellis Island in Las Vegas was filled with both positives and a few challenges. Located amidst major construction for the F1 race, the restaurant's position is currently tricky to access. However, once you navigate your way through, you'll find a budget-friendly option that allows you to experience Vegas without breaking the bank.
The hotel rooms are simple and affordable, serving their purpose as a resting spot after a day of excitement in the city. If you're not planning to spend much time in your room, Ellis Island is a practical choice. Why spend $300 a night on accommodation when you can save it for the various activities, casinos, and exquisite food options that Vegas has to offer?
Despite the minor inconveniences with its location, Ellis Island has plenty to offer. The friendly atmosphere and warm hospitality from the staff, particularly Bridget, made our stay enjoyable. She provided excellent service, enhancing our overall experience at the establishment.
If you're coming from the north, getting to Ellis Island may present some challenges due to the ongoing construction. However, walking or utilizing alternative transportation options can be more convenient, allowing you to fully enjoy the surrounding area while heading to the venue.
In conclusion, Ellis Island Hotel & Restaurant is a reasonable choice for travelers on a budget who seek a comfortable resting spot close to the heart of Las Vegas. Despite the construction inconvenience and the moderately average food, the warm atmosphere, friendly service, and affordable options make it a worthwhile destination. I look forward to returning to explore more of what this place has to offer.
Cool theater in The Orleans. Comfy seating. Bring a blanket if you get cold fast.
An incredible show! I have never seen anything like it in my life! Another reality! The tricks are amazing! Costumes, music, everything is great! The skill of the artists is incredible! The whole hall held its breath!
We went right around 11:30 on a Sunday. It was very busy and very loud. The service was relatively slow. They were friendly, but everything took longer than expected. The beef chow fun had great flavor. The sweet and sour chicken was slimy and not crunchy, still had good flavor.
