Harrah's Spa

During my recent visit to Harrah's Spa in Las Vegas, my friend and I booked facials and massages on March 8th. Unfortunately, our experience was cut short when we discovered slimy mold in the facilities. The services themselves were average, but we were looking forward to relaxing in the spa afterwards. However, we were horrified to find mold lining the shower stalls. I raised my concerns with the front desk staff and showed them pictures of the issue. They were shocked and promptly provided me with the contact information for the spa manager, Sparkle. Despite my efforts to communicate the problem via email and text, I received a disappointing response days later stating that the issue was not mold but missing grout. I can confidently differentiate between the two and was also concerned about the lack of regular cleaning of the facial equipment. To add to the frustration, I have yet to receive a refund for the services, which amounts to $560. Furthermore, the lack of response to the OSHA violations is also concerning. I urge potential visitors to carefully examine the pictures and determine for themselves whether the spa facilities at Harrah's Spa are up to standard. It is alarming that mold was present in the facilities for weeks without being noticed by the staff.

My friends and I visited Harrah's Spa for a relaxing Spa Day. We checked in at our appointed time, paid for our massages, and were promptly escorted to the back area. The staff members we encountered, from the front desk to the individuals who took our photos and my massage therapist, provided excellent customer service. We had a wonderful experience using the hot tub, steam room, and sauna, and even enjoyed a bottle of champagne. The spa was clean and well-maintained. I look forward to returning in the future.

It was disappointing not to be able to secure an appointment at Harrah's Spa due to this policy.

Visited Harrah's Spa with some friends for a relaxing Spa Day. We arrived on time, checked in, paid for our massages, and were promptly taken to the back. The staff members were all friendly and attentive, from the front desk to the backroom where our photos were taken and during our massages. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub, steam room, and sauna, and even enjoyed a bottle of champagne. The spa was clean and well-maintained, and I will definitely be coming back in the future. I recently visited Harrah's Spa in Las Vegas and booked a massage treatment for a family member. The front desk staff were welcoming upon our arrival, but unfortunately, the experience took a turn for the worse with the therapist, Tasha. Despite expressing specific areas for treatment, my family member was met with a rushed and uncaring massage that left them dissatisfied. To make matters worse, the treatment was cut short, resulting in a less than satisfactory experience overall. I would recommend exploring other spa options in the area before returning to Harrah's Spa.
