I had a fantastic dining experience at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux in Las Vegas. The menu offers delicious options at fair prices. The beignet bites were delightful, served with a raspberry dip, combining a soft interior with a crunchy exterior. They were perfect when enjoyed warm. The catfish plate was accompanied by a well-balanced sauce, just the right amount of spice for my liking. Shrimp portions were generous, and the batter had a nice spicy kick. Our waitress was attentive and helpful, answering my questions and providing great recommendations. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable meal!

Walk-Ons Sports Bistreaux in Las Vegas turned out to be a delightful discovery among the numerous dining options in the area. After a disappointment at another restaurant due to staffing issues, this place caught our attention as we searched for breakfast. Las Vegas is known for its high-end eateries and numerous sports bars offering a multitude of drinks and a limited food menu, but Walk-Ons stood out as an exception. The prices were fairly reasonable, and the dishes offered were refreshingly unique compared to what we had seen elsewhere. I tried the shrimp and grits, which were arguably the best I've ever tasted. Another member of our group chose the French toast bacon cheeseburger and thoroughly enjoyed it. The coffee wasn't the highlight, and the service was just average, but the quality of the breakfast made it a place I'd definitely consider revisiting for dinner.

The exceptional service at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux in Las Vegas deserves high praise, though the food falls short of expectations. Our server was fantastic, attentive, and full of energy. I sampled the sliders and loaded waffle fries; the sliders were mediocre, and the fries left much to be desired. They were soggy and limp, with unmelted cheese and banana peppers instead of jalapeños, requiring a special request for the latter. Additionally, the toppings were sparse. While the beer selection is impressive, it was disappointing to find that three basic beers on tap were unavailable. However, if you're seeking a lively environment to catch a football game and aren't particular about your food and drink, this spot might be just right for you.

Avoid this place! The rest are just details! Alright, you want the details? After enduring a convention center burger the previous day, we thought this place was an upgrade. It gave the impression of serving a decent burger, and the hostess was friendly. Things were looking promising. Then we got seated. And waited while our waitress spent time chit-chatting and arguing with someone else. Plenty of time to notice how expensive everything was. Two tables left while we waited. We should have followed suit. Ordered the burger—it was good but overly peppered. Normally, I wouldn’t mind, but the onion ring upgrade turned out to be a complete fail, reflecting poor quality despite the high prices. The payment process turned everything from bad to worse. I handed my card to the waitress, and she selected the highest tip on the machine and simply said, "sign here." Having barely seen her since placing our order—someone else delivered it, and there were no refills—she self-selects the tip? When I tried to adjust it, she pulled the card reader away, insisting I just sign. How many unaware customers had she charged the max tip for?! I took my time, changed it, and signed. There’s a first time for everything, and I had to be in Vegas to encounter a waitress like that. Trust me, go somewhere else.

Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux in Las Vegas offers good value for your money. While not the cheapest option, the blackened chicken sandwich I tried was quite enjoyable. The honey mustard sauce added a nice touch, and the waffle fries were particularly delightful.
