The exceptional service at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux in Las Vegas deserves high praise, though the food falls short of expectations. Our server was fantastic, attentive, and full of energy. I sampled the sliders and loaded waffle fries; the sliders were mediocre, and the fries left much to be desired. They were soggy and limp, with unmelted cheese and banana peppers instead of jalapeños, requiring a special request for the latter. Additionally, the toppings were sparse. While the beer selection is impressive, it was disappointing to find that three basic beers on tap were unavailable. However, if you're seeking a lively environment to catch a football game and aren't particular about your food and drink, this spot might be just right for you.

Avoid this place! The rest are just details! Alright, you want the details? After enduring a convention center burger the previous day, we thought this place was an upgrade. It gave the impression of serving a decent burger, and the hostess was friendly. Things were looking promising. Then we got seated. And waited while our waitress spent time chit-chatting and arguing with someone else. Plenty of time to notice how expensive everything was. Two tables left while we waited. We should have followed suit. Ordered the burger—it was good but overly peppered. Normally, I wouldn’t mind, but the onion ring upgrade turned out to be a complete fail, reflecting poor quality despite the high prices. The payment process turned everything from bad to worse. I handed my card to the waitress, and she selected the highest tip on the machine and simply said, "sign here." Having barely seen her since placing our order—someone else delivered it, and there were no refills—she self-selects the tip? When I tried to adjust it, she pulled the card reader away, insisting I just sign. How many unaware customers had she charged the max tip for?! I took my time, changed it, and signed. There’s a first time for everything, and I had to be in Vegas to encounter a waitress like that. Trust me, go somewhere else.

From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a lively atmosphere and welcoming staff. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich is a standout item. The chicken is tender and juicy, perfectly coated in buffalo sauce that strikes an ideal balance between tangy and spicy. Accompanied by crisp lettuce, tomatoes, and perfectly seasoned fries, it's a meal that hits all the right notes. Bar service is another high point, with bartenders who are both attentive and personable. They go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need, offering thoughtful drink recommendations and demonstrating a thorough knowledge of their menu. This level of service adds a welcoming and enjoyable dimension to the dining experience. The ambiance at Walk-On's is vibrant and energetic, making it an excellent spot for relaxation and enjoyment. Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux in Las Vegas offers good value for your money. While not the cheapest option, the blackened chicken sandwich I tried was quite enjoyable. The honey mustard sauce added a nice touch, and the waffle fries were particularly delightful.

I would not recommend this place!! Let me provide some more information. After trying a convention center burger the day before, my group decided to try this place for what we hoped would be an upgrade. The hostess was welcoming and we were initially optimistic. However, once we were seated, things took a turn. We waited for our waitress, who seemed more interested in chatting and arguing with someone else. We noticed the high prices on the menu and saw two tables leave while we waited. We probably should have followed suit. We ordered burgers, which were tasty but overly peppered. The upgraded onion rings were disappointing in terms of quality and value. The real issue came when it was time to pay. When I handed the waitress my card, she input the highest tip amount without asking and simply said to sign. Despite never checking on us after taking our order and failing to refill drinks, she decided the tip amount herself. When I tried to adjust the tip, she pulled the card reader away and insisted I just sign. I wondered how many other customers she had taken advantage of in a similar manner. It was a first for me in Vegas to encounter such a dishonest waitress. I strongly suggest looking for another dining option.

My friends and I have been regulars at Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux for a while now, previously known as the Toby Keith bar. However, after our recent visit, we have decided it will be our last. The prices have become exorbitant - happy hour from 2-5 was limited to only the bar area, which we were not aware of. After ordering 4 beers and 2 appetizers, our bill came out to over $110. Unfortunately, we will be looking for a new spot to frequent in Las Vegas.
