I stayed at The Palazzo hotel during a recent conference for three nights. Very nice and very expansive hotel with lots to see and do, even if gambling is not your thing. There are countless dining options and some nice stores. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was very spacious, but could have been dusted a bit better. Otherwise overall cleanliness of the hotel was as expected. I would definitely stay there again!
The food is very flavorful with a stellar presentation. Super fast service and everyone says thank you. The caesar salad was the best I’ve had with soft chewy croutons providing a different texture and experience. Meatballs are out of this world seasoned beautifully. The desserts were rich and amazing. The lights were dim enough to create a elegant ambiance.
This place was very nice! I came to Vegas alone for the first time and it was alright sitting and eating at a place by myself. The courtesy and professionalism of my waitress Christina was so awesome! She made me feel right at home. She was so sweet! To top it off the food was great too!!! I had the fish tacos and cauliflower appetizer. Thank you Christina and God bless you all!!!
My friend and I went Harrah’s Spa March 8th for facials and massages, it was cut short due when if found slimy MOLD . The services were average and we were hoping to enjoy some time in the spa afterwards. I should have just skipped the shower and went to lunch, instead I went to the showers and was so disgusted by the amount of mold ringing the shower stall. I proceeded to the next two and was even disgusted. I told the three people at the front desk about the mold and showed them pictures. They were surprised and disgusted, and gave me an contact information for Sparkle the spa manager, Shortly afterwards I sent an email with pictures and stared my concerns about the facial equipment being cleaned, since they didn’t clean showers. No response, then hours later I texted. If I were aware of this issue I would have responded immediately or called the number the reservation number was under. Instead, three days later I got a lame email response that the issue was investigated and it was not mold but missing and discolored grout. I know the difference between mold missing grout. There was no response about cleaning the facial equipment on a regular basis. Im not sure I would have believed her anyway. I was supposed to get a refund for the services, but it’s been 10 days since the email and $560 has not been credited to my credit card. I won’t even go into the OSHA violations. Look at the pictures and let me know if this is MOLD or missing and discolored grout. THIS SPA HAS MOLD THAT WAS NOT NOTICED BY STAFF FOR WEEKS!
I visited Las Vegas for 5 days and watched 3 burlesque shows. And I would say this was my favorite out of them all! This one was small and intimate so you could really see the performers up close, the "host" was not as obnoxious as the other hosts in other shows, the host didn't drill on us for claps as much, and the performers went topless more often! If I end up making a quick visit to Las Vegas one day, this will be one of the first ones I'll make sure I'd do p.s. I wish they let us film in some scenes, but sadly this place did not allow that. So I don't have any photos of their performance.
This is Vegas, skip this restaurant. It is to expensive for average food. The steaks were smaller than advertised, it could not have been a 12 oz ribeye, although it was well seasoned. The service was poor. Our server couldn’t get us out of there quick enough. I am picky about this point but I shouldn’t have to ask for refills on the drinks . Average food, poor service, great atmosphere
Tuck down and to the right of a corridor off the Casino floor. Close to the Check-in desk. Met some friends for Happy Hour. Trying to catch with them while at times being interrupted by wait staff. Please pay attention if someone is sharing something on their phone this might not be the time to interrupt the conversation, this occurred several times. The food that was ordered: 1.) Charcuterie & Cheese Board. The Cheese and some of the meat items on the board seemed not be fresh. 2.) The Hawthorne Burger. Our guest did not eat all of their meal. This visit was just ok!
Horrible experience and I didn't even get in!!! After waiting in the VIP guest list line, having my ID checked and having a security guard thoroughly check my tiny purse, I was approached by another security guard as I was waiting to get in telling me that I couldn't bring my towel in. What? I can't bring a towel to a pool? I asked him to show me in the rules where it says that and he told me to look online. I told him I did and all I could find is that backpacks and oversized bags are not allowed. I then asked to speak to a manager and while I stood to the side waiting for a manager, I watched 4 people walk in with towels. When the manager finally arrived, we basically had the same conversation as I did with the security guard. I also asked him to show me where it says that towels cannot be brought in. He said they provide towels and he didn't want my towel to get lost. I told him I was a big girl and could manage my own towel. He repeated that he wouldn't allow it in. I left as not only did I not want to have to bring my towel all the way back to my car but I have no interest in giving my business to an establishment who let's employees abuse their power and make up the rules as they go along. Upon leaving, I stopped at the posted rules signs and no where does it even mention towels...not allowing them to be brought in or that they provide them. How is anyone suppose to just know this?????
Wonderful experience today at the Four Seasons spa. Douglas was my massage therapist and Shelly my esthetician and both were incredible. The facilities were immaculate and front desk staff very friendly. Thank you!
First time in and we decided to get some breakfast. We were immediately seated and after. 15 minutes wait finally got some water. After placing the order it was another 15 minutes food was cold and if I had to give it a grade I would have given it a D. Maybe if hot it would be better but I have no recommendations.
Friendly staff and a great vibe. Especially when it gets closed off. I was disappointed in the whiskey in paradise cocktail, like drinking mango puree. Would stop in again when taking a break from the floor. Pricing was on par with other lounges for a place like this. If you want cheap go to CVS ;)
