I recently stayed at The Linq in Las Vegas and had a disappointing experience. I was promised a free upgrade by the front desk staff, but ended up being charged an extra $1,000 on my bill. The room itself was not up to standard, with visible dust and a lack of proper cleaning during my six-night stay. To make matters worse, I ended up with bed bug bites. Additionally, the hallways were poorly lit, so bring a flashlight if you visit. When I tried to address these issues with the hotel manager, Melissa, she was unhelpful and refused to let me speak to anyone else. I stayed during the Super Bowl weekend and paid over $500 a night for what felt like a subpar experience.
I really enjoy playing poker at Santa Fe Station. The security officer Jeff is fantastic - he's always helpful and has a great attitude. It's a huge relief to be able to leave my kids at Kids Quest while I have some fun, knowing they're also having a good time. Santa Fe Station is definitely my favorite local casino!
