We recently held an event at Hennessey's Tavern in Las Vegas and opted for the buffet style. The food was absolutely fantastic, I would even go as far as to say it was amazing. Even our group of seasoned chefs, who have been in the industry for over 20 years running high-end steakhouses in CA, were impressed - a rare occurrence! The restaurant was spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and we couldn't have asked for better service. There was a great variety of food available and the manager, Chris, along with the assistant manager and all the staff were constantly attentive, ensuring that all our guests were well taken care of. The presence of attendants in the bathrooms with supplies was a nice touch. Overall, our experience at Hennessey's Tavern was perfect and I highly recommend it to others. Plus, we were even lucky enough to capture a photo of a rainbow leading right into the building - must be a sign of good luck!
The video poker at Mega Bar is a blast. I've had great luck every time I've played. The cocktails are tasty and the bartenders are laid-back, if a bit quirky. The bar is massive, so finding a seat is never a problem, and with all the screens, you won't miss a thing.
Off the Strip restaurant, located next to the LINQ hotel and accessible from the promenade, is a solid choice for dining in Las Vegas. The wedge salad is a standout dish that keeps me coming back. The service is friendly, but be aware that it tends to be faster during lunch than at dinner.
My partner and I have always wanted to see the Grand Canyon and decided to book a tour during our trip to Las Vegas. Initially considering a bus tour, we were recommended Pink Jeep Tours by our hotel concierge. We were glad we took the advice! We upgraded to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam tour and it was definitely worth the additional cost. Our tour guide, Carol, made the entire experience unforgettable. She timed everything perfectly, ensuring we stayed ahead of the crowds and even offered to take some amazing pictures for us at the most beautiful viewpoints. The included lunch was simple but delicious, and overall we felt the experience was well worth the price. We are already looking forward to our next adventure with Pink Jeep Tours, perhaps exploring Death Valley!
My companion and I had a fantastic time watching a game at Blondies Sports Bar in Las Vegas. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We decided to reserve a table for an additional cost, but it was worth it as it saved us on food expenses. If you're in town for a game, this is a great spot to check out.
Disappointing service at Pin Up Pizza. The staff member lacked customer service skills and was very rude. The prices for a slice of pizza and soda were too high. I would recommend going to Dominos or getting soda from CVS nearby instead.
Great spot to take a break on the strip for some drinks and food while casino hopping. I tried the Caribbean jerk wings and they were delicious, especially since I asked for them to be fried hard and they came out nice and crispy. The veggie burger I ordered was surprisingly tasty as well. Although the bartender wasn't particularly memorable, they were attentive and checked on us regularly.
The food and service at Steak 'n Shake in Las Vegas were great. It's worth noting that they don't honor the rewards program offered at other locations, but being inside a casino, different rules may apply. The full service sit-down dining experience was a nice throwback to the old days. We even got a diet Pepsi served in a coke glass, which was a humorous touch. The Bacon Burger was delicious!
