The Fish & Chips at Gordon Ramsay's in Las Vegas are top-notch. We ordered the box with 3 pieces of fish and added an extra lobster tail, and we were impressed with how perfectly fried and moist both the fish and lobster were. The garlic fries with tartar sauce and mango curry sauce were delicious accompaniments. Highly recommend this place for a 10/10 food and service experience!
The employee named Sergio at Prendi in Las Vegas was quite rude. After serving a scoop of gelato, he made some unpleasant comments when asked about the serving size. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and I didn't want to argue with him in front of my grandson. The only reason I purchased the gelato was to make my grandson happy, but Sergio's behavior put a damper on the experience.
My initial experience at Bellagio Spa & Salon was positive. However, during my facial session, the staff unexpectedly changed the facial and included a $78 face mask without discussing the additional cost with me. I only realized this fee when reviewing my hotel folio after checkout. Despite speaking with multiple staff members and managers at the spa, the charge was not removed or reduced. This situation left a negative impression on me, especially after spending a significant amount of money on dining, shows, and accommodations at the Bellagio. I have decided not to return to this spa and will seek out other non-MGM properties for future relaxation treatments.
During my visit to the Rio, I had limited dining options and decided to try All-American Bar and Grill instead of Smash burger or Guy's. I ordered the french dip and found it to be decent, priced similarly to those on the strip. While it wasn't the most memorable hot sandwich and fries I've ever had, it also wasn't the worst. The wait staff were attentive and provided good service throughout my meal.
