I recently visited TGI Fridays at Aliante in Las Vegas and ordered the Thai Mango Salad on two consecutive days. Unfortunately, both salads fell short of what was advertised in the photo. The lettuce in the salad was mostly spring mix, with very few red & napa cabbages, carrots, diced mango, fresh herb mix, and candied pecans in house-made Sweet Heat Mango Vinaigrette. On the first day, my salad did not have any candied pecans and my online order took over 30 minutes longer than expected. The second day, my salad was a completely different portion and was missing lime and the Sweet Heat Mango Vinaigrette. I had to walk back to TGI Fridays to get the missing salad dressing. Overall, the food was consistently disappointing and the service was slow and of mediocre quality. Despite the poor experience with the food and service, the manager was professional and provided good service with a smile when I returned to retrieve the salad dressing.
