Earl Grey Cafe, located inside Rampart Casino, offers fantastic service and reasonably priced food. We tried the turkey dinner for $15.99 which was a generous portion of all white turkey meat and very tasty. Additionally, the $29.95 Christmas 3-course prime rib dinner was decent, with the prime rib being satisfactory and the Yule Log dessert being cute and tasty.
The service at Fremont Hotel and Casino was top-notch. The valet parking included in the reservation made things easy, and the friendly valet attendants were a nice touch. Checking in at the lobby was quick and convenient. The room on the seventh floor was spacious and well-suited for one or two people. There were plenty of entertainment options on the boulevard, as well as a variety of dining choices nearby. The weather in January was typical for Las Vegas, with cloudy skies and scattered showers, but temperatures in the low 50s. Just be sure to pack a jacket if you're not a fan of the cold.
