On a recent trip to Las Vegas, my family and I dined at the Grand Lux Cafe located at Venetian. The prices were fair and the food was decent for a quick meal, though it didn't stand out as exceptional. The atmosphere and service were both above average, making for an enjoyable dining experience overall. While it may not be at the top of my list, I would definitely return and suggest it to others.
Food at Viva Salsa was good and the wait was short, but my dish didn't look as appetizing as the pictures on their website. Despite the appearance, it tasted delicious. The only downside was the cook/cashier seemed uninterested and unfriendly. A smile and a friendly demeanor can make a big difference in customer experience. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service affected my overall review. The response to my concerns also fell short, with no apology or acknowledgment of the disappointing service. I don't think I will be returning to Viva Salsa in the future.
