Recently played 9 holes at Durango Hills Golf Club with some friends. One of our group was a first-time golfer and found the course to be well-suited for beginners. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rates for both 18 and 9 holes were reasonable. Personally, I find this course great for practice and working on my game. Overall, a pleasant experience at Durango Hills Golf Club.
Visiting Battlefield Vegas was definitely a bucket list experience that lived up to the hype. The operator experience was well worth it, allowing us to shoot a variety of high-end guns including the minigun and the 50 caliber. It was a thrilling experience that left us with lasting memories. The free Humvee pickup to and from our hotel was a nice touch, and the whole experience was extremely professional and safe. We can't recommend it enough!
Another solid option at Santa Fe Station. I docked a star for the lack of a bartender, as I received the wrong drink and was still charged for it, which also caused delays in service. The breakfast was enjoyable, like a more upscale version of Denny's.
The Steak and Lobster Special at Tony Roma's in Las Vegas for $11.99 was a fantastic deal! My group ordered six of these specials and each one came out just the way we liked it. My Medium Rare steak was tender and delicious, and the lobster tail was perfectly cooked and not rubbery. The meal also came with a large baked potato and cooked vegetables, which were all very satisfying. The portions were generous and I left the restaurant feeling very full. The wait staff was friendly, energetic, and accurate with our order. Although reservations are not accepted, signing up for a table at the podium nearly an hour in advance was well worth the wait. I would definitely go back for this special again. Overall, I loved it!
