Whoever Michael is has terrible customer service. I was attempting to set up a new account was rude for no reason, continuously cut me off, didn’t allow me to speak, wasn’t willing to assist and even trying to get assistance with their app just felt as if I was blown off and not important. I planned on gambling with Station Casinos in general but considering this interaction I might as well avoid spending any money with the chain across any casinos. Mike the manager was nice about it when I requested a manager, but whoever Michael the representative was at the Sportsbook was TERRIBLE. Also… made a bet at a kiosk and had some left over so I cashed my slip. The lady didn’t hand it to me, they threw the money at me. Yea. I’m cool on Green Valley Ranch in its entirety.
Great location. Dark, quiet, swanky, sexy vibe. Great for couples. Wouldn’t bring my kids as it’s more on the quiet side. Fabulous, clean, well appointed room. Downstairs you have the non-smoking casino, lots of great eating (Eataly!!), and some great areas to just sit and chill. Front desk was awesome and we ran into the General Manager (?? William we think?) in the hallway. He was super nice and inquired about our trip and stay. Bought our coffee/breakfast. Great service.
Very clean theater! The seats are comfy and recline ideally for both my petite height and hubby's 6'4" height! The ticket checker kid was DELIGHTFUL! He made our night! Love the app... concessions were right on time! You do have to wander through the casino to get to the theater, but it's pretty easy to find. I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Amazing amazing experience. I hardly eat burgers but when my friend suggested this place we couldn't wait to try it. We came at a time when there wasn't a rush and so we got seated right away. The servers were very prompt and got us waters and menus. Gosh, so many good options to pick from, I picked the truffle burger and replaced it with chicken. The chicken was one of the most tender pieces I have ever tried.. don't know how they do it but was magical :) it comes with an egg and it was just the perch combo. Middle of a hotel in Las Vegas this place is always packed, the ambiance changes throughout the day where you get different crowds and I can bet everyone loves every bit of their experience here. Also my ultimate favorite experience was having the sticky toffee pudding but guess what .. it was in the form of a burger! Mind blown.. taste and creativity at its best
Often when coming to Vegas, people don’t think of family friendly activities and this should be considered one of the top 5 on the Las Vegas strip. located at the back of the casino, not too far of a walk from the parking garage, you’ll find the shark reek aquarium. Make sure to take plenty of photos and enjoy your time in the open space observing the aquarium’s. It’s awesome to see them cleaning them so often!
Great experience! They provide you with a parka and gloves. The gloves keep your hands surprisingly warm and dry. You can take shots out of frozen sculpture. They have QR codes posted around so you can watch and read various ice related facts.
We arrived at the Bird Viewing Preserve around 8:30 am. It was an overcast day which helped the time on the trails be comfortable. The Preserve is really peaceful with several different ponds and trails to walk on. There are information posts about the birds, the plants, water reclamation, and different insects and critters on the Preserve that are interesting to stop and read. There are benches along the trails to sit and take in the views and observe the wildlife. I do recommend wearing a hat, apply sunscreen, wear comfortable shoes, and bring water along. We spent almost 2 hours there and walked 3 miles. Beware! There are bees, wasps, ants, and other insects that can be a nuisance. The hours vary season to season so make sure to check the operating hours before you go.
