I normally stay at Resorts World but thought I would give this place a try. Parking was easy and I was able to find free electric charging in the parking garage. Check in was easy at the Ruby tower in the expedited Diamond line. Room was okay not to fancy, no refrigerator in room to store beverages only the ones stocked with beverages to purchase. Beds were the most uncomfortable Hilton bed I’ve ever slept on. Woke up in horrible pain pillows were small and flimsy not any common Hilton pillow. Room wasn’t cleaned all the way had a bunch of stuff smeared all over the glass. Strip view was okay but I prefer the ones at Resort World such a better view. The food wasn’t good it was extremely over priced frozen food. You can room charge at mutual places but can only use your food and beverage credit at a few places only one real food place. I didn’t check out the pool. I probably would not stay here again due to the beds and pillows. Due to how horrible those were I rated extremely low. Even my children stated the same thing.
Really cool venue with a great ambience. The entrance to Beauty & Essex is really cool as you start off in a quirky shop and get led through some doors to the restaurant+ bar area. The cocktails are really good and I highly recommend the Woodsman, as well as the Beauty Elixir. The food is good as well. The restaurant is designed for sharing so order a bunch of small plates and try everything. I highly recommend the Cauliflower tacos as well as the Tuna Wonton Taco from the raw bar.
