Recently dined at Morimoto Las Vegas and ordered the pork belly appetizer, blackened cod main, brussel sprouts, and duck fried rice, finishing with the bonsai garden dessert. Every dish was outstanding, but the blackened cod especially stood out for its perfect cooking and delicious glaze - easily the best fish I've ever tasted. Presentation was top-notch and all dishes arrived at the ideal temperature. Service was speedy, attentive, and polite. Prices were fair considering the high-quality food, service, and atmosphere. Despite the cost, would definitely dine here again in the future.
