Visited New York New York Pool for our anniversary with our children. Hoping for a relaxing time but encountered rude staff, especially at the pool area. Unfortunately, my wedding ring went missing from our hotel room, causing me frustration and sadness. Despite calling within 45 minutes of checking out to report the missing ring, the hotel staff were unable to locate it. I have a photo of the ring on the nightstand before leaving, so I know it was there. It was disappointing to have such a negative experience during our stay, especially considering the amount of money we spent. If I could, I would give this experience negative stars.
My party recently dined at ALEXXA's in Las Vegas for a special occasion. Our server was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent recommendations when we asked. The food was overall delicious, although the salmon dish was a bit of a miss. However, our server promptly addressed the issue and ensured it was not included on our bill. The restaurant had a fantastic atmosphere and both the service and food were top-notch. The unique name of the establishment added an extra element of surprise and enjoyment to our experience. Highly recommended!
The first 6 holes at Bali Hai Golf Course are quite challenging! I recently had one of the best golfing experiences here, aside from my usual course, Meadow Valley GC. I was paired up with a friendly golfer named Gil from Southern California, who was a skilled player with about a 10 handicap. The overall atmosphere at Bali Hai Golf Club is fantastic. As a General Manager at a different course, I have a unique perspective on course quality, staff, and service. The staff at Bali Hai Golf Club truly excels in customer service, with each guest being treated like a friend. My interactions with the staff were all positive, and I commend them for their hospitality.
Du-Par's Restaurant & Bakery in Las Vegas is a classic eatery with great food. Located in a casino, this restaurant brings a taste of tradition to the strip. While the patty melt may not have exceeded expectations, the rest of the menu was very enjoyable. The service, however, left something to be desired. Waiting for a table when half of the restaurant was empty was frustrating, especially when it seemed like regulars were being seated before other guests. Despite some service hiccups, Du-Par's offers a satisfying dining experience overall.
