I stayed one night here, in the "Red" part of the hotel, and one night at the Conrad (both Hilton properties). I believe the Red section is a more premium area, but I am not sure. The service was excellent, the room was large, clean, and very nice. They are just off the strip a little, but it takes only a couple minutes to get to the strip. The Valet and Bell service was great. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend the Virgin Hotel. For anyone comparing the Virgin to the Conrad, definitely stay at the Virgin. The Conrad was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I am a huge fan off the Conrad chain. Additionally, the bad experience wasn't the result of a series of mistakes, it was due to active choices the staff made towards customer service over the course of hours. It was intentional and therefore not easily overlooked. If you are looking for the typical Conrad experience you would expect around the world, do not expect to get that at the Conrad in Las Vegas - I think it must be franchised or something, because it is not operated at all like a Conrad. Stay at the Virgin, instead.
Did not stay just gambled and sampled the drinks. This is one of the only hotels left that will bring free fancy premium drinks to slot players most only serve well drinks. It is also the hotel where I left with my largest profit from the slots. It is undergoing changes and now has restaurants with celebrity names. It is definitely worth a visit.
So I was at the Stratosphere Casino Las Vegas bar called "The Remix Lounge." I sat down next to my friends who were getting compensation drinks while they played the bar video games. Right away, this Asian guy bartender mouthed off at me that I needed to keep pressing buttons and gambling and not watch the NFL game that was on every screen at The Remix bar. So I ask you...why are there tv screens at The Remix Lounge bar if you can't gamble, watch the game, and have a beverage? The couple to our left wasn't gambling, but drinking comp drinks and watching the NFL game on The Remix Lounge bar tvs... The bartender was witnessed as having an axe to grind, and I was targeted for some reason... I was just there gambling, watching the game, and keeping my mouth shut. Bigyan mo ako ng respeto... As a Google reviewer and a veteran πΊπΈ I do not recommend The Remix bar at the Las Vegas Stratosphere π
