When you want to settle down for a high quality drink and great people watching, the Petrossian Bar at Bellagio is the best place in Vegas. The piano music makes for a nice relaxing time as well.

I was in Las Vegas during COVID and hated seeing Bacchanal closed, but luckily it is back and the lines are as long as ever for its succulent steam crab legs and prime meats. Bacchanal is almost always 5 stars, but on my last visit it was difficult to access some food stations, and the Tapas style dishes were not as hot as they ought to be. However, the quality of food was still superb, and the attentive employees made the experience worthwhile. It is still my favorite buffet in town.

This past Saturday, I stopped by Brioche inside Caesars Palace for a delicious snack and an iced coffee. It's a touch expensive, but very good. They also had oatmilk for those of us who don't drink dairy.

Amazing staff, great selection of whiskeys! Kept me coming here almost every day.
