I love visiting Tuscany. It's a nice, low-key property that I love to escape to after too many days on the strip. Time seems to move slower here and harkens back to days of old Vegas when the adults were still in charge. Marilyn's Cafe (the resident diner) never disappoints in quality or value. The casino feels aimed towards business travelers and a local, more mature market; not so much to the ruckus/loud younger characters of the strip. The ambiance is a classic Tuscan themed hotel. Dark, cool, and dripping with kitsch, If you need to shift gears and take it down a notch, slow your roll here. I can't comment on the rooms as I have yet to stay here, but the pool area seems very nice and relative to the size of the property. A handful of Cabanas are available, and they do have music playing. There is a small showroom and an Italian restaurant, as well as a dedicated Starbucks style cafe. I believe there are a handful of videos regarding this property available on YouTube. Check it out and see if Tuscany is a place you might also enjoy.
Came during their late happy hour before closing. Overall good selection of food items and cheap sake.
Sort of Disappointing. I miss the old location in the strip. Those folks working there were awesome and I feel like the burgers were way better. The cheese was NOT melted into the burger correctly. It was 3 in the afternoon and with no one around it seemed like there was a full staff looking at each other and not cooking or fulfilling an order. I loved the original location so much, but this is just sad.
It's a nice little breakfast place located inside Sahara. The food was actually delicious and fast. I ate here every morning and I would recommend their chicken and waffles as well as the Eggs Benny followed by the french toast. The Benedict was the best. The asparagus crunchy, the hollandaise lemony and fresh and the bread prepared perfectly. Please, if you're staying in the Sahara you'd have a hard time finding a better breakfast joint without having to make a far trip. Also our servers were great and the little latte flower art I received with each breakfast was a nice touch.
Came in from out of town. The Marshall named Tyssen was the rudest I’ve been treated on a golf course in my life. Ego issues.
Played Revere Lexington for the first time yesterday and walked off feeling conflicted. First, the layout is wonderful. Elevation changes, twists & turns, risk/reward…it’s a fun track to play. But the conditions were largely terrible. The tee boxes were spotty at best, and the fairways were horrendous. There were wide fairway stretches where the ground was bare, hardpan dirt and it was so dry that it was actually cracked in many places (and I’m talking landing areas where shots need to be hit from). Look, I know we live in the desert and have been hitting some high temps. But it really looks like they’ve let the fairways get away from them. On the plus side, the greens were in great condition, though they were running on the slow side. Maybe because they’re overwatering greens and cutting them long to avoid the same fate as the fairways? Anyway, I was excited to experience the course but there’s no way I’d give them my money again until they get the fairways in more consistently playable condition.
I've seen all of the Michael Jackson shows in Vegas. This one is the best one - including the (awful) Michael Jackson One by Cirque du Soleil. This show is 90 minutes (MJ Live at Tropicana is 60 minutes) and the show was packed. Show starts out with Jackson Five songs, moves into the 80's and 90's. There are three different impersonators. While they aren't the best lookalikes, they have fantastic dance moves. I still can't tell if this show is lip syncing or actual singing. They have mics and a live band - keyboardist, bass, guitar and drums, and probably 10 backup dancers. The bar is in the lobby area so you won't have people criss-crossing your seat like at MJ Live. Drinks are SUPER affordable. $8-$12 for premium drinks! Out of all the MJ shows I've seen, this one is the best. Check it out because they were just picked up for a residency starting May 2023. Had tea here recently with three other folks. It was a lovely experience. The view is beautiful. It’s a small intimate area and very calm and quiet. It’s a great respite from all the hustle and bustle on the strip. The service was friendly and efficient. There is a nice tea selection and the food was wonderful. Perfect portion sizes and everything tasted wonderful. Overall a lovely experience and I’d definitely go again. Be sure to check out the bathrooms. It’s all black stone and black fixtures. It’s wild.
We (Wife & I) were in casino, not getting rich. We decided to go to the (Let'er Buck) bar. There were not crowded. We had a great (Craig with #10 jersey) bartender. Helpful with drink options and incredibly friendly. Drinks are free of you're playing video games.... why wouldn't you Seek him out, you'll be glad you did.
Good place if you're looking for live country music. The service was friendly and the drinks were fine. They have a solid menu but when I ordered some food I was told they don't have a full kitchen and the only thing they are serving is nachos.
Hard to find, quite 1st attempt, 2nd visit finally a security lead us to elevator (Venetian Tower), show your ID (if you aren’t stay at hotel) at prior to enter elevator, to 4th floor ( Pool,- Canyon Ranch ..) , follow sign to Canyon Ranch to the end on your left. Have be vegetarian more than 30 years in life visited many vegan restaurants in the world, this is the 1st vegan restaurant in Vegas, very impressed it’s imagination and taste with quality and services, really worth of trip from Canada!
Fun experience for the whole family. Easy walk and close proximity to our hotel, The Rio.
