I can't say enough good things about Emeril's New Orleans Fish House in Las Vegas. The service was top-notch, from the bar to dessert. The staff was professional and not pushy with sales. They were honest when they didn't know something and always checked instead of making something up. The drinks were reasonably priced and made with fresh, generous pours. The meal was delicious, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. Even when the dessert we requested wasn't gluten-free, they were able to modify it for us. Overall, a fantastic dining experience at Emeril's New Orleans Fish House.

The tres leches dessert at Casa Calavera in Las Vegas is absolutely amazing! It was probably the best I've ever had! The taco Tuesday menu is also great, I particularly loved the chicken tacos. Our server, Jennifer, was fantastic and really added to the quality of our experience. She was friendly, polite, and bubbly. I will definitely be returning to Casa Calavera next time I'm in Vegas!

After indulging in a hearty meal, we decided to take a leisurely walk around The Shops at Crystals. We were once again impressed by the beauty and spaciousness of the mall. While it may not be everyone's cup of tea due to its focus on high-end luxury shops, we found it to be a low-key place to hang out as well.

We arrived at Big Al's Oyster Bar near closing time and the staff was kind enough to accommodate us even though we weren't very hungry. We quickly placed our order for the Louisiana crab cakes, which were full of crab meat and paired perfectly with the creole mustard sauce. We enjoyed them so much that we ordered a second round. The salad was also delicious, packed with crab meat and topped with crispy bacon. We asked for ranch dressing on the side to avoid overpowering the salad with it. The seafood chowder was a highlight of the meal, with clams, shrimp, crab, and fish in a hearty and flavorful broth. Surprisingly, the chowder wasn't overly salty. We noticed the New England chowder at a neighboring table and were pleased with our choice of the seafood chowder. The prices were reasonable, but the atmosphere at Big Al's Oyster Bar was nothing special. Located in the older Orleans hotel, don't expect the glitz and glamour of strip properties. It's a no-frills establishment that shows its age, but the food more than makes up for it.

Although Reflection Bay Golf Course in Las Vegas has a stunning layout, there were a couple of noticeable issues during my visit. Unfortunately, the greens were in poor condition, making it difficult for golf balls to stay on them. It felt more like playing on carpet than a proper course. Additionally, the absence of a driving range was disappointing, especially considering the high cost of the course. These aspects detracted from an otherwise beautiful experience on the course. Overall, some improvements are needed, particularly regarding the greens, to elevate the golfing experience at Reflection Bay.
