Project BBQ was the perfect destination to end our first day in Vegas. We shared a Bratwurst Sandwich and Pulled Pork Street Tacos and they were both up there with the best BBQ I have ever had.
The truck is located right by one of the concert stages, which gives you a frontrow seat to whoever may be playing. Project BBQ is also close to the outdoor bar at Circa, so you can walk over there and enjoy an endless selection of beverages. I highly recommend visiting if you're on Fremont Street and looking for great food.
Sadly, Nobu was a terrible experience for me and my group. Came here for a friend's birthday and the food and service was nowhere near the quality you would expect for the price. The waiter was rude and acted irritated when we asked any questions about the menu and the food was a 3 out 5. Come to think of it, I would probably have given them 3 stars if the service had just been average. If you're irritated with customers, then you are in the wrong line of work.
