This 1-star rating seems very unfair to my server and the overall experience - this is only about hostess. My server was friendly, welcoming, and caring - what more could you ask for? I had a lovely evening, had about 6 margaritas, and was even considering staying all night because it was so enjoyable. However, there are situations beyond my control. I found myself in an urgent restroom situation, essentially an emergency. Trying not to show my discomfort, I informed the host that I needed to step outside to meet a friend and would be back in 10 minutes. Regrettably, the host mentioned they couldn’t hold my table. I inquired about my most recent order, but it seemed that 10 minutes was deemed too long – at least by her standards and company policy. Fortunately, my waitress intervened, assuring the hostess that I could be trusted with a 10-minute absence from my table. To provide reassurance, I even left my credit card, demonstrating my commitment to returning within my timeframe. Despite my efforts to ensure a swift return, the situation escalated. The hostess confronted me at my table while I was trying to savor my last drink. She asked why I didn’t like her establishment, to which I questioned her authority. She insisted that I was violating her policies and warned of consequences if I continued to defend myself. All this in front of other obviously more respected guesses than myself. Being an immigrant, I am aware that my facial features might be perceived as unpleasant or irritating, yet I diligently work to earn a living and tip generously to counteract any potential bias. I regret that I couldn’t assuage the hostess’s concerns in this instance. Perhaps there will be an opportunity to do so next time.
I loved the suite. The design of the two rooms with a living room in between is good. This hotel does not have a restaurant or a breakfast buffet. The food in the attached mall is not great and expensive. The staff was wonderful and I appreciate them. The pool was not inviting and the gym was okay. I think it's a nice hotel and the service was great.
Love this spot for breakfast! It overlooks the Boulevard Pool at The Cosmopolitan Hotel. This gluten free waffle with pistachios and strawberries was the best waffle I’ve had in my life. Love the coffee, eggs, bacon & gluten free toast. Relaxing vibe and people. Always a great experience.
We had an amazing experience here. The greens were immaculate. The scenery was beautiful. Our caddy was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable. Very expensive, but worth it for a golf lover.
Exceptional for this price range! More like a four star hotel! We got it for 30 dollars a night on a five night stay. Excellent bedroom, swimming pool, fun casino and exciting pub (with karaoke) are attached to the hotel. Along with a fantastic microbrewery in the bar which is well worth checking out! Customer service was the best I have ever experienced. Staff couldn't have been more helpful! I couldn't recommend this place enough for the budget traveler!
This was the first time I had ever stayed at The Plaza or on Fremont. The location is great. Food options were amazing. I will say that we paid an early check-in fee and got into a room that was spot cleaned. When we dug deeper, the qtips on the floor, the hair all over the shower, the dried contacts on the counter, and the throw up on the inside of the shower curtain, it made me a bit nervous about what I could find in the bed. I tried calling down to the front desk and housekeeping several times but never got an answer, so I went downstairs. The woman at the front desk got kinda snarky when I showed pictures, wanting to know if I wanted to move or speak to the manager. I just told her I wanted to speak with someone to see if someone could just come up and clean. An amazing housekeeper came up and did a phenomenal job. She was so nice and felt so bad that someone had left the room like that. We loved the slots and the food options. I will say that we did not get a good vibe from the table dealers. No one seemed happy to be there.
Dated old dive bar meets beer pong establishment with expensive drinks. Spent $20 for Tito's club most expensive in strip for extremely lackluster atmosphere. For $20 for regular drink you would think it's a high end place. Definitely a pass.
We had an amazing time at On the Record Nightclub at Park MGM, all thanks to Michael Lupton who made our night truly special! The ambiance was electrifying with a vibrant atmosphere that got everyone in the party mood. The music was fantastic and had us dancing the night away. The venue's layout and design were impressive, adding to the overall experience. I'll definitely be coming back for more unforgettable nights. ❤️
A drink waiting on bingo to start, waitress was awesome🤗
I wanted to do a special review for The Escape Game Las Vegas. I’ve done over 350 rooms over the years and these games have got to be in my top 10 favorites. The room designs and concepts are amazing and the staff there are incredible. I did 5 in one day and finished the sixth today. Even being on the Las Vegas Strip they are not an escape room to be ignored for their location. I felt like family after doing just one room. Definitely want to give a special shout out to Jenna and Khrystyna for their amazing personalities and customer service. The Game Hosts were also amazing and on point. Will be going around the country to do their other rooms and locations. If you want an amazing experience this should definitely be on your bucket list. Escape room newcomers and veterans alike.
We had a great time here. The salt air margarita is amazing. We tried a wide variety of food and everything was yummy. By far the best thing we ate was the carnitas. We also had delicious pork buns, dumplings, oat noodles, and fish tacos. We sat at the taco bar which was fun to experience.
One of the best shows in Las Vegas. It's one thing to view the water show on TV or in some movie, but watching it in person is memorable. Granted, the best experience is at night and it does work like clockwork. Plan your time accordingly. Personally, my family and I enjoyed a nice meal and then walked the strip until it started. You won't regret the wait.
My family and I were in the mood for some Italian food so we decided to try here. Plus we were celebrating my in-laws anniversary. It was easy to make a reservation online. While making the reservation I was impressed that they had a spot to let the restaurant know ahead of any food allergies to be aware of. Also a spot if you’re celebrating any occasion. When arriving the hostess did ask who in the group had the allergy, they were really good to let us know what menu items contained that certain food allergy item. There was some special menu items that weren’t on the menu, and our waitress made us aware of what those items were and the price of each item. The food came out nice and warm. The perfect temperature not to burn your mouth. Everything tasted so good and had lots of flavor. The portion size was actually just right for us. Not to much and not to little. At the end they surprised my in-laws with a special anniversary dessert. When they brought the check there was a little mix up. And it did take awhile to get our waitress attention, because she was busy with another customer. We did try to get another waiter’s attention to see if they could help us out by getting her for us, or if they could just help us out. We had one waiter walk by and he rudely said, I’m not waiter and walked off. So we sat there a little longer with our hand up, until another waiter walked by and asked us what we needed. We told him what was wrong and he went right away to go talk to our waitress to get the problem resolved. She was very nice and calm about the situation and helped us out. I would recommend this place to anyone who wanted some good Italian food. The pricing was reasonable for a restaurant in a hotel and casino.
I don’t play golf but I can say the food at the restaurant is pretty great. I haven’t had a bad experience yet at Los Prados Country Club. I would recommend this place as a fun place to stop.
