The Waldorf offered unbeatable service and hospitality. Staffing of all levels were kind and respectful. We were treated like royalty due to our diamond membership. The food and drinks were delectable and we can't say enough good things about the couples massage and spa. Everything seemed spotless and well kept. Our stay there was a memorable one and we will be sure to come back. We thank the Waldorf immensely!

The bar has a great location in the middle of Vegas madness, but the cocktails were not very good. I would recommend sticking to wine and beer instead.

The Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Gardens offer a beautiful seasonal change throughout the year. The Holiday garden was made almost entirely from flowers, and was a delight to look at. The botanical gardens was fresh, and was sprayed to keep it that way as long as possible. I enjoyed looking up at the beautiful architecture of the glass roof. It was very busy.

We loved our experience! Our server was outstanding and our meal was perfect. He paid careful attention to detail and knew right away when something wasn't perfect, fixing it on the spot. The food was truly divine - we cannot express how impressed we were. We'll certainly be coming back!

It would be difficult to say whether or not the drinks are good because we waited at a table for over 35 minutes and never received any acknowledgment. It seems as if the entire place was handled by just one bartender and one server during a busy football game.

TERRIBLE SERVICE...extremely dissapointed with the standard of service that I have come to expect from Caesar's establishments. We stood at the bar for 10 minutes while 2 bartenders (a bald man and a short woman) were not waiting on anyone else and wouldn't serve us. It seemed like it might have been because we had free drink rewards receipts out. Needless to say, I returned to the manager and she could only offer a half-hearted apology and said they usually have good service, which I highly doubt.
