I tried the Fazzoletti with beef shank at Osteria Fiorella and it was absolutely delicious. The beef was tender and cooked perfectly in a delicious gravy. The complimentary bread was a nice touch and the views at the restaurant were amazing. The service was also exceptional, making for a top-level dining experience. Osteria Fiorella is a classy restaurant at Red Rock with a wide selection of wine options to pair with your meal.

BODIES...The Exhibition in Las Vegas is not for the faint of heart. This unique exhibit features real human specimens and provides a detailed look at the inner workings of the human body. Visitors can get up close to the displays, although touching is not allowed. The exhibit is impressive and offers a fascinating experience. While the exhibit is not very large, visitors can expect to spend around an hour exploring it. However, if you are not reading everything in detail, 30 minutes may be sufficient to take in the highlights.

During my recent business trip to Vegas, I had the chance to dine at 8 Noodle Bar located in the Red Rock resort. Service: I opted to sit at the bar and received my food promptly. While the service was efficient, it lacked a more personable touch. Ambience/Crowd: The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere that seemed suitable for anyone. Food/drink: I ordered the spring rolls and lo mein, both of which were flavorful and satisfying. I would rate the overall food experience a 6 out of 10. Will I be back? Yes, I would definitely return to try out more of their menu options.

CRUSH at the MGM Grand hotel is a fantastic restaurant with top-notch service. The chicken parmigiana and sea bass were both delicious, and the wine list offered a great selection at every price point. Our only concern was the sound system, which was too loud. The music was not to our liking and competed with the slot machine noises. This was the only reason why CRUSH did not receive a 5-star rating from us.
