I was pleasantly surprised by Tony Roma's in Las Vegas. I tried the $9 prime rib special, thinking it was too good to be true, but it was actually delicious and tender. For the price, it can't be beat! The service was friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the non-pretentious atmosphere of the restaurant. The ice pitcher they provided to keep our wine chilled was a nice touch. I would definitely return to this restaurant.
Fresh Mexican Grill is perfect for grabbing a quick bite or a full meal. The food is always fresh and delicious. I love their chips and queso, paired with a flavorful carna asada street taco. They are very generous with their toppings, and it's a bonus that they accept plaza dining credits.
Brrr, seriously? When even visitors from colder states find the water too chilly, you know it's time to search for a heated pool. Unfortunately, The Pool at Harrahs Las Vegas didn't meet expectations and was the biggest letdown of our trip. On the bright side, at least it wasn't crowded.
Absolutely loved the atmosphere and delicious handmade sandwiches at Bin 702. I am constantly seeking out unique and locally-owned spots, and this place hit the mark. The Bloody Mary was exceptional, and the lobster sandwiches and handcrafted charcuterie boards were top-notch. The fact that it's all housed inside a "bin" just adds to the charm. Definitely recommend stopping by when you're in the area off of Fremont Street.
Visited the Hollywood Cars Museum with my family and we each had a different favorite car. My mom loved the Beverly Hillbillies and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang cars, I personally enjoyed the Captain Phillips life boat, and my young boys were big fans of the Back to the Future and Batman cars. Overall, it was a great place with lots of history.
