Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas is a remarkable recreation of its German counterpart, offering an expanded menu with a variety of options. Upon entering, there's a lively bar setting the tone for the rest of the experience. The first room features communal tables, lively music, and an atmosphere full of festive, happy patrons, reminiscent of the original German location. Continuing through, you’ll find a large space designed to mimic an outdoor setting, providing a more private yet equally delightful experience with climate control. The staff and service are outstanding. The schnitzel was perfectly moist with a crispy shell, and the pig knuckle was described as delicious. As expected, there's no shortage of beer, with ample selections. A visit here promises a fun and enjoyable time—definitely worth checking out.

Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas has quickly become a top choice for German dining. The food was outstanding, and the live music added a fun and entertaining element. The atmosphere truly captures the feel of Germany. It's a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal and some excellent beer. I will definitely revisit the next time I'm in Las Vegas.

The owner isn't exaggerating; this place offers a unique experience for Las Vegas. Having a frame of reference from someone who has visited the original in Munich, I can say this spot shares a lot in common with its German counterpart. We dropped by during a European soccer championship, and I'm grateful for making a reservation because the place was absolutely packed! The atmosphere was loud and joyously raucous. I opted for one of the daily specials, the King Wilhelm IV: roasted pork with mashed potatoes and cabbage. It was excellent, and I cleaned my plate. My dining companion enjoyed a schnitzel, which was quite a generous portion. It came with potato salad, which wasn't to her liking, so we added a side of french fries. Note that you're not allowed to substitute sides. I indulged in a liter of their imported house beer, and it was fantastic. The prices offer fair value for Las Vegas, though they might seem a bit high for locals.

We had friends visiting from out of town and decided to check out Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas. Since it was midday, the place wasn't busy. It always makes me chuckle when it's nearly empty, and they're still asking if we have a reservation 😀. Regardless, the greeter was friendly and seated us right away. Our server greeted us quickly and was very pleasant. She provided great suggestions and gave us plenty of time to browse the menu and make our selections. Once we placed our orders, the food arrived in no time. Everything was well-cooked and tasted delicious. No complaints from our group. The atmosphere is fantastic, capturing the true essence of a German beer hall. There's also a cool beer garden out back. This place must be absolutely bustling during Oktoberfest! Overall, it's a very authentic experience, and I definitely recommend it.

Our first visit to Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas was a great experience. The food was delicious, but the service did seem a bit slow. Despite being there right at opening, everything from water to food took a while to arrive. The atmosphere was cool and the entertainment was entertaining. Overall, we had a great time.

Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas is the most authentic location outside of Munich. The beer and many food items are flown in from Germany for an authentic experience. The interior closely resembles the original location in Germany. The party really kicks off after 8:00 p.m., so if you're bringing kids, consider going before then. Children aged 12 and up will likely enjoy the experience. The food is what you would expect from a German beer garden. In the evenings, there are live performers playing traditional German music and other Oktoberfest style tunes. Overall, a 10/10 experience.
