The food at Casino Bar at Palace Station is consistently delicious, although the wait time can be a bit long. However, this adds to the overall experience. The Gulf oysters are fresh and the palace pan roast is a must-try. It also seems like Palace Station has done some remodeling since my last visit to the oyster bar.

I can't say enough about Holo Holo - we hit the jackpot! This bar is top-notch and is situated in the California Hotel in downtown Las Vegas. The bartenders are amazing and always provide exceptional service. They are so friendly and take great care of their customers. The servers are also fantastic and add to the overall enjoyable atmosphere. Holo Holo is the perfect spot to relax after a long day at the tables, catch a game, share stories, and win at your own leisurely pace. It's a must-visit hotspot in Vegas.

The food at Ri Ra Las Vegas was very good, and the live music was a nice bonus to our dining experience. Our waiter, Corey, was friendly and provided excellent service. We highly recommend trying the Irish coffee. All four members of our dining group give this restaurant a 5-star recommendation. We enjoyed our experience so much that we returned the next day for breakfast. Despite a specific request for smoked salmon eggs Benedict at noon, which was not on the menu, they were able to accommodate our request by adding smoked salmon to the Veggie Benedict. It was delicious! A fun fact about Ri Ra Las Vegas is that the restaurant was constructed from a pub restored in Ireland and then shipped to Las Vegas.

Phil's Italian Steak House is a solid option for a tasty meal. I tried the Kurobuta Pork Chops and they were sizeable and packed with flavor. I definitely suggest giving them a try. On the downside, the beer selection was somewhat limited, with only 4 options available and some of the better ones were sold out. I sat at the bar so I can't speak to the overall atmosphere, but the service was excellent.

Avoid staying at the Rio as there is a significant management change happening and the hotel is in disrepair. The rooms are unclean and all the stores close early. It's best to steer clear of this place.

Had a fantastic brunch experience at Overlook Grill in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The bottomless flavored mimosas were a highlight, offering a variety of flavors to choose from. The French toast was melt-in-your-mouth perfection and the eggs Benedict were equally impressive. Special shoutout to our server, Stanley, who added a personal touch to our meal with his friendly and attentive service. Highly recommend this place for a must-visit brunch spot.

Visiting The Shelby Heritage Center in Las Vegas is free, but guided tours are available for an additional cost. If you're a car enthusiast, the guided tours may be worth it as there are some impressive vintage Shelby vehicles on display, including the famous one from Le Mans. I spent about 40 minutes exploring the center on my own before leaving.

I initially thought Boulder City Golf Course was more of a 3-star experience, but considering the affordable price of $40 for 18 holes on a Sunday, I have to give it 4 stars. While the fairways may be a bit messy and the greens tricky to navigate, the course is wide open and spacious, making it impossible to lose your ball. Overall, a decent value for the price.

The Las Vegas Natural History Museum is a fantastic place to visit with family and friends. The museum features a wide variety of exhibits that are both interesting and informative. Visitors can explore the museum at their own pace and in the order that most interests them. Additionally, the museum also hosts birthday parties for those looking to celebrate a special occasion in a fun and educational setting.
