I am a local and have been to many restaurants throughout Las Vegas. This is by far one of the best restaurants I have been to! The best food and the best service! Even sitting at the bar the bartender Faren is one of the best I have encountered. This place is second-to-none if you have not been here yet you really truly don't know what you're missing!!!!
Family friendly place. We had fun despite our lack of bowling skills 🤣. Friendly service from the folks at the front desk as well, which was a nice way to start off the afternoon. The gentleman at the front desk let us know that the afternoon discount rate was actually cheaper than the military discount rate we requested (simply because of the time of day & day of the week). So we appreciated saving a few extra bucks for our group. We didn’t order any food since we were planning for dinner afterwards, so I can’t comment on that, but we had a fun time.
Phenomenal experience at Stanton Social. Service was super attentive, drinks were divine, and the food was unique and tasty. Total bill for two with plenty of drinks, apps, entrees came to $285, not bad for Vegas!
I was invited to Boulder Creek Golf Course through PGA Hope. This is an organization that provides no-cost lessons to Veterans. I had a fabulous time. The PGA level instructors are knowledgeable and considerate of the differing abilities of the participants. The grounds are well-maintained and the staff is first rate all the way. I can't wait to go back and play my first round of golf.
This was a great experience for my son and I. I can highly recommend Battlefield Vegas if you want to experience various weapons under supervision. Being from Australia, there is nothing like this there. So we fired 4 different assault rifles (machine guns) and 2 hand guns. One was a .44 Magnum (Dirty Harry’s gun). The whole team at Battlefield Vegas are awesome. They picked us up from our hotel in a military Humvee, explained safety procedures and explained how to fire each weapon and watched carefully as we fired the weapons. They also have a huge range of military equipment to view inside and outside of the building. Lots of tanks and other military vehicles. This is a must do experience when you are in Las Vegas.
I have been taking my family here for years and this recent visit made it worthwhile. The place is so fun for the kids because of the learning experiences, playground and three floors of various activities offered.
This is a model of what Taco Bell should be. Quick, efficient, and accurate. Not to mention the menu items not available elsewhere. Example - the shredded beef tacos? Incredible. I really hope to see that nation wide. Plus, Dew on tap.... literally.
When I saw the extreme acro course, I felt this had to be my big ticket item for my Las Vegas birthday trip. When I was there I thought about canceling because let's get real how much am I going to actually be flying , but then I saw how much I had already paid and I figured I would ride it out regardless of how much it's going to add to my trip. Let me say, this was by far the best decision I have ever made in vegas, shuttle ride was nice, comfortable, and good conversation. Upon arrival, we were shown a waiting / briefing room with complimentary food and drinks, including a nice selection of beers. ( best enjoyed after flying but still available) Personally, I chose to play a game of pool in a different room after breifing while waiting for the planes to come back. Once they were ready, we hopped on a golf cart and raced across the tarmac to their hangar where I was able to pick my own plane as if I was about to hop in any gocart!!! ( picking out your half million dollar state of the art stunt plane is seriously super cool ) The plane you picked also decoded your pilot so honestly you might want to take that into consideration as well, I went with Tectonic, and he has to be the sickest 26 year old pilot around, he took me on one incredible ride and showed me what the world of acrobatic aviation is all about, if you have been on Rollercoasters and felt yeah this is cool but I want more... THIS is your answer! 2 seconds into my 8g turn I was so overwhelmed with euphoria and adrenaline that I threw up the rock on sign regardless of the fact that at that point my body weighed over 1,200 pounds, 3 seconds in I have now entered "tunnel vision" and the next 3 seconds I continued to feel an overwhelming sensation of adrenaline and bliss as I fought to keep sight of the horizon. The following week , I found myself looking into programs to get my license and to actually change my career path so that I could make this a regular thing in my life. I know this is a long review, but honestly and seriously, if this is something that has caught your eye and you have gone so far as to read this comment, DO IT! This might just change your life and show you the path to an incredible, happy, and fulfilling future.
Great spot for seafood. Excellent oysters and Ceasar salad. The Clam Chowder was a bit too creamy for my taste but my partner liked it. Shrimp scampi was good. Service was great. Will definitely be on my repeat list.
I've loved staying at Nomad properties in the past, and was a bit disappointed in this stay. The room was beautiful, but the air conditioning wasn't working - unacceptable for Las Vegas in July. We had to call the front desk twice (both times sending someone up who insisted everything was working fine - it wasn't) and go down ourselves around midnight (with a different front desk staff member) to get a new, working room. After the room change the stay was fantastic, beautiful accomodations and very comfortable.
