Who is running this place? There is a line out the door and they have one person on a cash register that's doing multiple functions. Hire some managers from in&out, they can teach you a few things about efficiency.

We were excited to check the place out because it looks really cool online, but it's nothing more than an overpriced lobby bar. I can't speak to the food, but the drinks at Mermaid Lounge were okay at best.

Not a place to go if you're in a hurry. Tried to be a fine dining restaurant but staff not properly trained. The food is nothing to write home about, had worse but definitely had better. All in all another place I will not go back to.

Pretty rude and awkward staff. When I arrived one of the people working there didn't even acknowledge me. Didn't know where to stand in line to order; it wasn't clear.
After I got my food, the breakfast burrito was torn up, cold, and didn't taste good.

The staff acted like they were upset we were even there and tried to rush us to order and pick our food. We were there 30 minutes before they closed, so they still had plenty of time to serve us.

No prices anywhere and was surprised with a $13 charge for blue moon drafts. I recommend avoiding.

I wouldn't recommend this show. The comedy is off-color and plainly offensive to members of his paying audience, particularly racial minorities and women. I was uncomfortable having brought my friends to the show, and they themselves feel they'd have been better off if they never saw it.
