Very good place to come and enjoy lunch or breakfast after a day at the beach/pool area. We came here for lunch and the service was fast and the waiters were very nice. The bar drinks were fine and the food was small but good. The prices were a tad expensive. There is no weight and feel free to wear your bathing suit and a cover-up if you want. I suggest getting the taquito trio chicken tenders beach club salad and buffalo chicken dip. Overall good place will be back! 🏖
Solid spot overall. It's a drive from the strip of that's your thing but it's got a few upscale restaurants, a 24 hr diner, a decent buffet and a quick eats deli on the premises. Great access to golf courses as well. If you're looking for a casino experience I'd go elsewhere, payouts here seem to be few and far between but the sports book is quite nice. It's insane how early the pool closes though, like 5 pm, not great for families.
I was not expecting such a fantastic scenic park! We were driving to Las Vegas when we saw the signs for Valley of Fire and I remembered a coworker had mentioned this place. So we took a detour. At first I was not going to enter due to the $15 fee. But decided I had made it this far and we could drive straight through. I was amazed at the very scenic red rock mountains. From the outside of the park you do not get a true impression. We spent about three hours in the park which is enough to simply see it. We did a few short hikes and drove everywhere we could. We also went in the winter and the park was packed! We skipped a few parking areas because they were full and we did not want to park illegally. But we were still able to see the sights from other viewing areas.
fast and friendly service. a lot of tables to dine in. sushi burrito was flavorful. they removed the queso with chips which we liked 5 years ago and were sad to know. the dole whip pineapple were new to us and was really good and refreshing in a hot afternoon
I was so looking forward to going to this restaurant but what a disappointment. It was quite quiet when we visited. They left us standing by the door for quite a while. Showed us to a table and then took an age to take our orders (party of 9). When the food arrived it was dry and all you could taste was salt. When we needed to pay, not wanted to pay, we had to go looking for a waitress to take our cash. If you want a good time with good food then I'd find somewhere else. They can have the 1 star rating for the beer.
Such unique and cool place to explore. I’m always bitter about contemporary art but felt so amazed with all the mediums and how curated and unorthodox in the best way possible the collection was built. And beyond of all it’s free to admire. For all and for everyone - truly a gem!
