I was absolutely astounded by the fantastic food we had! The tomato soup, shrimp, chicken meatballs, spaghetti, and corn ravioli were all extraordinary, and even though I'm not usually a fan of desserts, I found the dessert wheel delightful.
The jointed rooms that me and my friends had were great, and check in went very smoothly. Be sure to ask for plates, utensils, pots, and pans during check in, since the kitchenette has a small stove, and calling downstairs for them may take a while. We got all the items we requested in no time, plus complimentary comfortable slippers. The jet tub was amazing; I could have stayed in there all day. The hotel has a convenient Monorail connection that I wasn't aware of on previous trips to Vegas, which was an awesome bonus. Along with a mall and various eateries right in or near the complex, it was really convenient to stay at the hotel if we didn't feel like going to the Strip. The only downside was the pool, which closed at 6 PM and I didn't get to use it. The free valet service is great, but there's also a self-parking pass available from security at the gate if the valet is full. There's a parking garage with nice black shuttle trucks that take guests to the check-in area or to the tower. All in all, I would definitely stay at this hotel again and can highly recommend it.
The bar is really cool and the music is really good. I will definitely come back and listen to more music on my next trip. I doubt you'll stay here all night but definitely a good place to kill some time.
The service was great and the food was okay, but I wasn't particulary blown away considering the price.
Jordan at Greek Sneek made our experience so wonderful. He was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating, offering both a vegan/vegetarian menu and the regular menu to accommodate the dietary restrictions in our party. He certainly went above and beyond to guarantee we had a phenomenal meal. If you're visiting the MGM Grand, I highly recommended that you book a reservation at Greek Sneek!
