The Spa at Mandalay Bay is great. It's not the fanciest or most updated (they still give out locker room keys, which hardly any place does). However, for the price it cannot be beat on the strip. Most services are under 200 dollars and the place is large. They recently put in a 3-nozzle steamer in the steam room. It was a little temperamental with the sensor, but when the steam room got going, it was glorious. Extreme heat with moisture-laden humidity that will detoxify even the most extreme degenerate Vegas evenings from the night before. The Spa is large, and I mean spacious. It's a tad outdated but the island waterfall hot tub still holds a little class. My only complaint is that the jets were not strong enough, but that's a common complaint in the Spa hot tub world. The staff was courteous and attentive throughout the entire time. If you have the pass for the day, the Spa is located right next to the pool entrance in case you want to get that sunshine on for a bit in-between the experience. This is the most resort style casino that MGM has. If you are looking for that relaxing day in Vegas, I would recommend checking it out.
The food was absolutely amazing and a fraction of the cost of sitting down at one of Mr. Ramsay's full-service restaurants. This place is small, so get there early. Had the fried lobster, shrimp and fish. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The fried exterior was light and not the least bit greasy. I appreciated the fact that it did not dominate my taste buds and complemented the interior contents. Gordon's tartar sauce was spot on and the chips were decent, but nothing to write home about. There is also a secret menu item called "The G Spot" which contains fish, shrimp and chicken.
Portions are huge, I was not expecting that much. The chicken parm was good, but way too big of portion sizes. My husband had the burger and said it was good but huge. Our waitress was friendly. They did a military discount which was very nice! I liked the quote they had written on part of the wall. The ladies bathroom was gross and needed more attention didn't look like it had been cleaned at all.
Unbelievably funny Brad Garrett hosted the show and he was worth every dollar. First of all, incredible comedy club the atmosphere is cozy with all these beautiful paintings on the wall with a New York retro feeling. Brad was incredible hosting the show and really killed it at roasting people. The comics he brought on stage Trix and Michael Malone did an amazing job too. All to say must see when your in Vegas and will go back when I travel back to Vegas!
I gambled at the Plaza a year ago and it was an OK experience, but prefer other locations in downtown. This week my buddy and I went to the Plaza for breakfast (Hash a go go or something like that) and really liked the meal so we took a walk into the casino. We had an absolutely fantastic time. In particular, two dealers, Al, and Jeff, were great, but all dealers were friendly, professional, and lots of fun. Will definitely return! Great experience!
We came to Vegas JUST FOR THIS.... my daughter and her friend wanted to do this before he left for 3 years.. she had turned 18 the day before and we were from out of town-very long distance. I had a picture of her license on my phone but they wouldn't let her go...quoting "legal issues"!! Hilarious!! It was disgusting that they ripped this opportunity from her without considering what she went through to get here. The manager just wanted a power struggle. Zero resolution straight attack. Absolutely horrible customer service which if you read through the comments... it's a regular occurrence. I could have lied and said oh she's 17 and been just fine!! I even have power of attorney over my daughter and they wouldn't let her go!! Absolutely insane!
This is the best show I've been to in a long time. Every seat is a good seat. The performance 👏🏽 🙌 was invigorating. Awesome production of the show. Cudos to musical director. Everyone there was moved by the performances. This is the show to see over all other MJ's shows. The cast have great charisma and their humble. Please come to Washington DC, Baltimore, MD or NY so I can see more of you guys. Thank for awesome night!!!!!!!!!!
We came here for our anniversary dinner. We got two complimentary champagne toasts. Amazing atmosphere, great wine selection, amazing food, and great service.
Large bowling alley, I think 70 lanes? Prices were pretty decent and the place was pretty clean. Definitely go here again.
Beautiful space but super crowded. Cocktail was just so-so. Someone's glass in our group had a large chunk missing near the rim and it cut their lip a little, the bartender only poured the glass into a different one and didn't offer to remake it.
We had a great experience here! I got the fish and chips, the portion was huge and was probably the best fish and chips I ever had! My husband had the grilled salmon, the salmon was very tender and the lemon caper sauce was delicious. The live music was great! We’ll definitely return next time.
