The burger I had was amazing and the onion rings were some of the best I've had in a long while. The staff was so friendly and accommodating that even when they messed up our order, they went out of their way to make it right.
My wife and I recently got the opportunity to experience a round of golf at the Las Vegas Golf Club. It did no take us long to check-in, and the layout of the course was enjoyable as it was easy to navigate, despite not being the greatest golfers.
We opted to rent golf clubs for $50, which also came with golf balls, a bag of tees - definitely worth the price. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating, and they have some spectacular panoramic views of surrounding mountains.
However, there were a couple of aspects which lacked. The rental clubs had not been cleaned, and some were unusable due to the dirt. On top of this, there were no signs to mark each hole, causing us to rely on a local to provide guidance of the course.
This place stays busy and you'll almost always have a little wait for your order. But for a cheap and delicious snack, the wait is well worth it.
Clean rooms and a nice location on Fremont Street. For the price, you can't go wrong at The D. I only take away 1 star because its not quite as luxurious as I was expecting. Not that I'm expecting Wynn or Encore, but the rooms felt a little more basic than I had hoped for. Overall, I would still recommend The D to anyone wanting to stay in Downtown Vegas.
The drinks are strong and the bartenders are friendly. The D Bar is a great place to kill a few hours and catch a game.
An amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone in Las Vegas who has a love for guns.
