Rooms were dated but in good repair, clean, and staff was helpful and friendly. Service at valet was 5 star. The front desk always had a lineup. Staff were knowledgeable, but there just wasn't enough. Restaurants, when open, had great staff. The location was good. We had a car so it was easy to get anywhere. Pools were not all open. Lots of clean towels, Place felt safe with lots of security.
Our family had a great time! The food was excellent along with the service! The pineapple mimosas were absolutely delicious! The chicken and waffles are a must try, especially the churro waffles! Yummy!!! My advice: Make reservations because you will not be able to walk in and get a seat. They are extremely busy!
Well we really loved every bite we had at this fine Tapas restaurant. I will say it was a little on the expensive side, but being on the strip, in Las Vegas, with the magnificent service we received, I am not too chuffed about it. Sangria was really good too. I'm not normally a huge sangria fan, but this one was made with a half decent wine, and had more of that tannin-filled wine taste than that of fruit-juiced down sangria that I am used to tasting. A half pitcher was more than enough for the two of us to feel a little light headed by the end. Our server also was great and recommended and guided us really well through the menu. He was patient and we felt unrushed. Would love to come back here some day.
Delicious food and drinks. Cool robot brings out the food. Very cool atmosphere
Amazing show! How Donny remembered all the words to that “autobiographical rap” is beyond me. My only complaint, it was too short, but I knew it would be going in. I ended up buying his new album because some of the songs he sang were beautiful. He still has it after 60 years of performing.
Staying at Virgin was overall “alright.” There were plenty of pros, but the cons we experienced outweighed those. Pros: - Clean room and hotel - Friendly housekeeping staff - Friendly event staff - Friendly staff at all restaurants/bars - We attended a show at The Theater and and it was nice to stay at the same spot - Lovely decor - More chill vibes than the strip, which we enjoyed Cons: - No perks for staying in a suite. I wish we had not spent the extra money on this. Probably the biggest regret of our trip right here. No car services offered, no help with luggage, no suite concierge, no fees waived. Extremely disappointing. - No concierge available during our stay at the hotel, leaving us to deal with the bellhop/front desk. They were both rude and unhelpful. We sent out something to get pressed and asked to have it back by 1pm and bellhop told us that wouldn’t be a problem. We didn’t get it back until 5pm and nearly missed our wedding. They rudely told us to read before dropping things off (we did. The laundry form said “rush orders available upon request and for an additional fee”), then said we could call the cleaners if we wanted - but they weren’t going to reach out to them for us. I’m happy to take responsibility for not getting something in writing from them about the return time, but they were clearly not going to accept any responsibility. - No taxi presence at all. Most of us ride share these days, but it’s nice to have the option during long wait times.
This was the best driving experience of my life. My instructor Pete Olsen was awesome! He was great at coaching me through me weaknesses and really get the most out of the driving experience. Once we pick the car and laps, you get taken for a theory class. The instructor (I forgot his name) was pretty funny. Then you get taken on a tour of the track in a Porsche Macan. Finally, when your turn comes, you get into the car you've picked and take on the race track. If you can shell out the money, I highly recommend it. PRO TIP: You don't have to get a Ferrari or a Lambo to have a great time at the track. You can easily get one of the cheaper cars available, and still get 90 - 95% of the experience you'd get with a top tier super car.
Enjoyed one of the best shows in Vegas!! Acrobatics and dancing, amazing show overall. Also some performers were able to interact with the audience and it was cool to see. The stage sets along with water show was super amazing. All the music and singing were done live which I though was super cool. All the performers, musicians and producers did an absolute amazing job with this show. I will never forget this amazing performance and experience!! This show is a must see if you’re here!!
My girlfriends and I loved our meal here. Our favorites were tuna tartare appetizer prepared tableside and the NY strip steak. For desert, I liked the Mojave Honey dish, not too sweet and very “delicate” as our server described. Our waitress was SO friendly I wish I could remember her name. The space is impressive and you can check out the books between courses! Highly recommend.
All I wanted was a decent takeout meal to enjoy in the quiet of my room at the Luxor and Diablo’s delivered! Well, the room delivery option was not available (why???) so I had to navigate through the casino to get it. When you order through the hotel app it doesn’t give you the pickup time. So, knowing how long it can take to figure out where something is in a Vegas hotel, I took a chance and headed out to find Diablo’s right after ordering. It is up the escalator near the registration area. The host stand directed me to the bar where there’s a sign for pickup orders, and the staff was very helpful in checking in on both me and my order. Within 3 minutes I was headed back to my room. I almost didn’t order the fish tacos because eating fish when traveling can go wrong. No regrets at all! Generous portions, crispy and tender, nicely balanced with a bit of slaw. The black bean side was excellent. Decent price for the amount of food. I only wished for extra napkins, hot sauce, and that they didn’t use plastic for their takeaway bags. Oh, and I wish the room delivery option was available but I expect it’s a staffing issue.
