I would like to give more stars because the service was great and I’m a big fan of service! One of my favorite sayings (you can’t replace the service but you can replace the food) is definitely fitting for this experience. We were served water and wheat flour chips with sweet and sour sauce for the table, which was a nice touch. The chips were surprisingly the most flavorful item I had during the meal. We ordered Shrimp Pad Thai, Hawaiian wor wonton noodle, and orange chicken. Unfortunately, none of the entrees we ordered had much flavor. I was disappointed because California Noodle House is located in a hotel that mainly hosts Filipino/Pacific Islander guests. I expected the noodle house to have a strong ethnic flavor profile, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case.

Outstanding seafood, dumplings, and noodles at California Noodle House! The service was surprisingly top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff like Donna who struck the perfect balance. I opted for the seared ahi social with scallops and shrimp, which was simply delicious. The dumplings were cooked to perfection, and the Pad Thai had just the right amount of heat. To start, they served Munchos type chips with a tasty sweet chili sauce. It was a great way to kick off the meal. I only wish we had discovered this gem earlier in our trip. Overall, California Noodle House exceeded our expectations. Plus, they offer Tsing Tao and Sapporo for drinks.

The service at California Noodle House was exceptional, and I wish I could give more stars for that alone. We were pleasantly surprised when water and wheat flour chips with sweet and sour sauce were brought to our table without even having to ask. The chips were delicious and flavorful, but unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the entrees we ordered - Shrimp Pad Thai, Hawaiian wor wonton noodle, and orange chicken. They lacked flavor and left us feeling disappointed. Given that the California hotel primarily hosts Filipino/Pacific Islander guests, we expected the noodle house to have a stronger ethnic flavor profile.

Excellent seafood, dumplings and noodles! Service was unexpectedly good Donna was incredibly attentive and friendly without being invasive or overbearing. I ordered the seared ahi social with scallops and shrimp. It was enough to make me want to slap somebody's mama. Not necessarily my own, but somebody's nonetheless! The dumplings were perfect. Pad Thai was delicious and not too hot. They brought up these Munchos type chips out at first with a sweet chili sauce that was yummy. I wish we found this place earlier in our stay. It was excellent. And they have Tsing Tao and Sapporo!
