This was the longest experience I’ve had at an MGM hotel. It took over 15+ minutes without anyone waiting. The staff were nice and accommodating. The signup process took so long! The viewing was great for all the screens and sports playing. At least offer some water if people signing up have to wait 15+ minutes signing up.
Asked for a glass of water. A guy at the front tells me to go to the bar for the water, nice bartender tells me I have to buy the water. As I walked out the same guy tells me something and the girl next to him laughs at me. Management should work on communication.
There are 4 floors of M&M merchandise and great picture props for kids to enjoy. Little pricey for candy, but it's worth the visit. The only negative was that they no longer have the movie being shown that was advertised.
Absolutely terrible experience. It’s not a spa at all. They literally just walk back to a massage room that’s outdated. On top of that I had a lady who barely spoke English and when I asked her to not be rough she keep being rough. The bed didn’t warm up. I think a roadside massage parlor would have been better. This is definitely not a spa.
We really enjoyed the music and the walk down memory lane! Hearing her voice is just awsome! The Band was INCREDIBLE.. and the performers/dancers were great as well! All in all worth the price of admission!
Wonderful little Outdoor Oasis for the hot weary traveler walking down the strip. Wasn't crowded at all and the service was fast with a smile. Everything is so far apart on the strip having a small space to rest with a cold drink is a blessing.
Great golf course. The course is in awesome shape. Tom in the pro shop was very helpful and a pleasure to talk too. He was really nice to my boy and his friends that belong to youth on course. Most courses hate kids. We Will definitely return for another 18 holes. Thanks Tom!
Came for a business meeting. The service was very good. Appreciated the valet parking and the bellhop at the front door. The room was very comfortable. Meeting rooms were convenient. The food was excellent. Loved the convenience of Starbucks in the lobby. Appreciated the variety of services. I still don't like the cigarette and cigar smoke, but I just stay away from the gambling areas.
Def doing this again. You literally pass other offroad companies who just have a track - this is not that type situation. You go OUT into the desert and into the dunes. Brandon W was amazing. He made sure we had an absolute blast. We opted for the 8 am drive, these guys did literally everything for us - made life easy. Picked us up to dropping us off. You just have to have fun.
I had a wonderful massage here. A blow out and make-up application that was just as wonderful. Affordable prices. I left feeling sexy. The gift shop in the spa was also nice.
The best feature of this restaurant is the fountain view. Although there aren't many food options available, you can certainly enhance your dining experience with the view while enjoying your food and drinks 🍹. Prior booking is recommended for outdoor seating, or you can request it from the waitress (generous tipping can work).
This is your traditional old school Steakhouse. Classic dishes, they do have some creative cocktails, and the service is attentive. Our food was good however not the best we've had. The prime rib was cooked well, but the salmon was actually not that good. Unfortunately, they're located inside Tropicana, and there's not many other options for dinner. They most likely will close once Tropicana is shut down.
This establishment is good for half the price of Bellagio buffet. $45 per person. We were early birds. I do not recommend being the early bird. You miss out on snow crab legs and other tasty dishes. The dish I appreciated the most was the braised egg on grits. There is plenty of dishes available for meat eaters and vegetarians. Delicious desserts. The thing that separates this buffet from others is the bottomless champagne, mimosas, and bloody marys.
