Food was so good we forgot to take a picture before we started to eat 😂😂
The bar is in the center of the Golden Nugget. Bartenders were very efficient and friendly. My bottle of Corona was served promptly after I ordered. The video poker didn't go well, but that's a matter of luck. Nice place to sit and have a drink while playing video poker.
Atmosphere is awesome, walk through the hidden door to find a large bar with plenty of seating. Decent size lounge area with comfortable seating. Live burlesque Show on Friday nights, they do magic shows as well. Service was excellent and barkeep was super friendly. Phenomenal Bourbon list and they make a mean Whiskey Sour! The 1923 Barrel Aged Old Fashioned is really good too. 1923 Prohibition Bar is right up my alley. Conveniently located in the Shops at Mandalay Bay. If your staying nearby this place is a must!
It's fine. Stayed in the Mountain Tower. The vents are disgusting. Don't even look. I made the mistake of getting near the AC unit. It looks like a family of Fraggles are trapped in it. The bathroom vent looks the same. The shower doesn't have a door, so you are going to make a mess. There isn't a closet or fridge. Safe didn't work. Room was clean enough. There are better options on the strip but if the price is right this place is fine. I am sure if I took a suite it would have been nicer. Will choose a different location in the future. I have already booked Caesars Palace for December. Will update that one after.
From entering to leaving we were happy . The service was great The food is amazing and the vibe is chill. Fresh ingredients! Drinks were good. We ordered the watermelon salad which was bomb! The tuna ceviche with chips Chicken tacos Noodles. We are happy with each item as they all had an amazing twist to it.
We went to see Carlos Santana on Sept 6th 2023. The staffs was nice and very helpful in the theater. We had fun and great show.
TL:DR - This is why the electoral college exists. Anyone who likes this has to be a criminal. Looks, tastes, and smells like the sludge the toxic avenger comes from. It is serviceable in a dystopian setting but from a former military perspective it shouldn't be used against enemy combatants.
Fantastic environment and what an experience! The food is also reasonably priced, especially the kids meal! Free keychain and mugs are a plus, loved the thunder and lightning effect and the occasional elephant roars!
This is our favorite hotel and casino. Our first visit was in February 2000. The staff has always been helpful and generous with us. We met an employee named Mily and always go through her when we checked in. The rooms are always clean with great views. Housekeeping is the best, and we tip them each day. If you need anything in your room, they will ensure you get it. I can't wait until the Mirage transition to the Hard Rock. It will only get better. The only sad thing about the transition is the destruction of the volcano. Visitors around the world come to Las Vegas to see the Mirage Volcano display. We will continue to stay at the Mirage/Hard Rock until we can no longer do so.
Takes forever to get served. They are masters at ignoring customers and to have to watch the waitresses talking and carrying on in a corner. I cant believe that casino mamagement dont get rid of these bad staff. Disgusting!!!
I have lived in this town for many years and have honestly never been. It is a must for BC folks or visitors. I love the film down at The Hoover Dam Lodge, but this one is on sooo much of the visual building and numbers. Wonderful. The interior info and authentic artifacts are very cool. Take young children from ages 4 and ⬆️⬆️. They will be entertained. It's FREE, by the way. We gave a monetary contribution at the end, to keep up the maintenance.
