The cucumber salad and spider roll were both fantastic. The surf and turf roll was only okay. The service and drink refills should be much better for the price of the food ($52.50/person total + tip). Convenient if you are staying at the Mirage (which I am).
Worst Hotel Experience Ive ever dealt with. Booked in August. No mention of Hotels switching ownership when booking via telephone. Paid regular room rate for 5 rooms. No restaurants are open, the pool is closed, the majority of the machines are out of service to be removed, the convenience store is closed so you cant even buy a water or soda. They should have just closed down during renovations. This is straight up false advertisement. I feel like ive been robbed of my time and money. It took 3 attempts to check in to actually get a room. Rooms were still not ready 4 hours after check in time. My rooms were released and then re-booked so I have multiple duplicate charges on my credit card. Ive never been so disgusted with a hotel in my life and the Rio should be truly ashamed. Best case scenario is they refund my money for remaining nights so I can try to salvage the rest of the trip by staying elsewhere.
Dont get booze. Especially the cocktails(they didnt put alcohol, just the juice in minw.)
Who goes to Vegas to eat White Castle burgers? I always enjoy a few when in NY but it was nice to eat them again. They were fresh and hot. I need about 4 burgers to be happy. The restaurant is connected to a casino and wasn’t busy when I went. It was clean and walking distance to other nearby hotels/casinos so you can eat and continue to have fun.
Fun bar with great drinks! Loved the bartenders, ambiance and service.
Love, love, love this place! Bonnie, Billy, Tamara, and Kim are fantastic on the piano. Soooo much fun. Great energy and fun sing-a-longs!! This place is a must ! 9:00 pm to 3:00 am on weekends 9:00 pm to 2:00 am on week days
The rooms were nice but the bathroom wasn’t very spacious. There was a weird drilling noise throughout the entire night, so sleep was not really a thing. The service, however, was great all around! Had breakfast at the Farm and the food was pretty good as well as the service for the restaurant. It was kind of a drive from the main city, so we would probably stay here only when other closer options are all booked up. Slots were friendly though so if you’re looking for a good place to try your luck, then it’s worth the drive for sure.
The remodel looks amazing. I haven't seen the rooms yet but told they were beautiful and the casino floors new carpet is like walking on a cloud. Great food choices, an awesome place
One complaint to get out of the way. The chairs, in my opinion were not very comfortable. That being said we have Bryan and Bryan. The guys were fabulous. My old fashioned was perfect and the food was incredible. My only regret was I ate a large lunch before going and I wanted to eat more of my steak. We had the American Wagyu fillets and they didn’t need any sauce. However, the house made steak sauce was incredible and couldn’t stop eating it. This restaurant is on my list that I would return to when I am back in town.
Tried this restaurant as it came highly recommended. It is your typical white cloth restaurant where service is really good, ambiance is set for a low key decorative dinner. It was all that and the wine selection was good. Food was served hot and tasted ok. I had Asparagus and it was well prepared and enough to share for two. The Baked Potato while we were told it was large enough for two...only if you imagine a meal with a small Potato. The Filet was ok but seemed to not stand up to being cut, also lacked a bit of the tenderness I expect of such a select cut. Lastly, be prepared to pay a hearty price to eat here. Strip House is in line with what I would consider a nice average steak house with well above average prices.
Fairly yummy mexican grub in a super convenient location on the strip close to the forum and a vibrant bustling area. I hauled a shrimp ceviche which was overall tasty and pretty good flavor, a light lunch at fairly reasonable price given the location. I must admit, the service is super slow and can be a bit of a pain when you want to make a move to make the most of your day.
** Ladies, STAY FAR AWAY ** I read a review - which it looks like they deleted, from a female patron that said “beware, this club does nothing to protect its female patrons” which I can attest to. I was here about two months ago with my girlfriend and we were assaulted at the bar by a large male. This happened in front of countless patrons and bartenders, none of whom came to our defense. I reached out to them to help identify the individual. After reaching out to the club several times during business hours, non-business hours, via their website and email over the course of 2 months, I have yet to receive any communication from them.
